I went to waba grill tustin location on September 10 around 12 noon, I put my ordered at 11:45 am, I go to this place twice a week to order on there app on their add outside the store it say "order on your app skip the and go" so after I ordered online I skipped the line there is no line that time! when I went to the window after I waited 10 minutes the girl asked me did you go to the ordering window? While I like this Waba because they are open later than other quick fast food Restauraunts the drive through is insanely slow. There are times where I had to repeat my order 3 times at the window and 3 times in the payment window. Then, when you finally order I’ve waited over 8-10 mins to get my bowl. Keep in mind it’s maybe 1 bowl or 2 max, and no complicated orders.
