I heard that someone got bug in their foods. Person trying to contact the store. The manager was rude didn't help the situation. Would not try this place if the manager don't care about their customers.

The manager of this location deserves a lawsuit. All of his employees are overworked, they don’t get breaks or lunch after working 8+ hours. They stop getting paid after 11 pm but have to stay til 12 almost 1 am to clean the WHOLE PLACE and machines by themselves (it’s always just one employer doing all of this). Yogurt is good but the place needs a new manager. He is rude and yells at his employees in front of everyone. That’s why they all look tired.

Shitty service absolute crap employees. They do absolutely nothing and struggle to keep the place clean and the yogurts stocked more than 6 machines were empty so non of the flavors I wanted were available and the toppings full this place fucking sucks you'd be better off avoiding it

They have refrigerated to -go containers of frozen yogurt available for purchase. The paper sign on the refrigerator says, "Buy One Get One Free." We went to purchase two containers and the cashier charged us for both full price. I told her what the sign said and she said that is only if you purchase 5 of them. I told her the sign did not mention that. She agreed with me but said I would have to buy 5 to get one for free. False advertising!

The bathroom is marked as "out of order" but is perfectly functional. Very inconvenient for paying customers.The worker acted like she didn't want to be there. Of course, there's a tip prompt at the end of your transaction for the stellar service not received.

The perfect light frozen treat any day, even when it rains HA! I love all the topping options, especially the dark chocolate nibs. Every flavor is good too. Right now the newest flavor is the Lemon Sorbet. I'll try it next time for sure adding strawberries along with the strawberry popping boba. I got an email from Yogurtland with this suggested fro-yo cup, and it does sound and looks amazing!

Yogurt palace located off 17th and Newport in the center with Raising Canes on the corner. The girl working last Sunday was just chilling with her friends while the family and I entered. On their phone just doing their own thing. Wife opted for the plain tart and the kids love the strawberry with sour gummies. Not sure if they still allow you to guess the weight but it wasn't offered to us at checkout. It's Yogurtland that keeps us coming back, surely not the service from the young lady here, or her friends. I seriously think they were either texting each other or catching Pokémon. The parking at this shopping center is very tight and crowded in the mornings and evenings as well doesn't keep this location at the top of our list.

Every time I go to this location the customer service is horrible and non existent. The kid working the counter (not even wearing a uniform) has his headphones in and is on his phone when there are customers present. Every time I come I ask for sample cups and they always say they are out or that they aren't doing samples. The place is a mess and there are usually several yogurt machines that are out of order. Go to literally ANY other location.

Wow. Never come here. I think this could be the first time in 600+ reviews I've said that. First... no bathroom, "it's broken" but then the employee went in there to go. Can't wash your hands. Second. Watching the staff wipe up ice cream off the floor then the same rag to wipe the handles and around the counters. Third. Out of sample cups. Come on... really? Fourth. Bugs. Watching a few bugs run around the back of the location. Fifth... small of farts.... Yeah. Top five of this place. Oh ya... they have sunflower seeds to put on your ice cream, in shells!! And 2-3 out of order flavors.

The yogurt was fine. The service was really bad. The kid that was behind the counter acted like he didn't want to be there. He was so unfriendly, and not tentive to his customers. Customer had to get his attention just to check out. We visited at about 245 to 3pm 9/25/2022. Lazy people like this is going to bring your business down. Will definitely not go back in to location if he is there.
