We stumbled in here with local friends over Thanksgiving week and ended up staying a whole afternoon. Wonderful food (and great value), best coffee in town, and super friendly staff. Twain Harte is a great town to visit but Local Press makes it a great place to stay and dine--best in town!

The food was delicious, with the standout being the Blueberry BBQ Chicken Sandwich – a unique and flavorful combination that I can't wait to have again. The coffee and service here are second to none. I have no pics because I was too busy eating my breakfast burrito with bacon. The Strawberry Fields breakfast sandwich is a symphony of sweet and tangy.
The Americano is perfect! I drank nothing else because it was so good.
They are open from 8 to 3. The wait staff is phenomenal. It is a place were you walk in and the owner greets you by name or "Hey bud, what can we get you?" This is a cornerstone...
