Really went downhill in the last couple of years. Pizzas are soggy, the lady who works. the front is rude, the food is not good, and the salad bar is not fresh.

Good pizza. Mediocre salad bar. Fun arcade for the kids to spend all the money you'll get them. Service is friendly, but also takes a while (longer than usual for made to order pizza). Overall, highly recommend, but call ahead if you have any time frame at all.

Pizza Factory did not disappoint. I ordered 2 pizzas ahead of time and although they were very busy, I received my pizzas on time and so fresh. Staff were vocal of their time needed and made me feel like a valued customer. The restaurant had family vibes with salad bar and arcade. I’ll be sure to dine-in next time.
Now down to the good stuff. The pizza was FIRE. My girlfriend and I could not stop raving of how delicious it was. From the crunch, down to the marinara sauce. Toppings were ample and the pizza was baked evenly. 11/10.
We almost want to go back again the next day. Great pizza for cabin fever. We’ll be back for sure.

Ordered for takeout and were told 20 minutes - on arrival were told it would be an additional 15. 25 minutes later they finally gave us our calzone - got back home to discover it was raw (not just underdone, but raw dough) inside. Called and they said their oven time is preset and that's typical of their calzones (!!!!!!). But they did offer to remake our order as a pizza, and this time put it to the front of the queue so it was actually only 20 minutes for the remake. We also tried the bread sticks, which were at least cooked but were pretty bland to our taste.

I arrived with my family of 7 and order 11 large pizza. Almost 7 hours later the pizza came out and the waitress attacked me and touched my no no square aggressively

The food at this restaurant is very nice, but I had to wait 1 hour and a half just to get my pizza, no apology for it taking so long, lots of people came and went with their pizza even though they ordered after me.
