They were out of everything, still charged way too much for the food they did bring. Waitress was nice but if you don’t have half the food on the menu, close the restaurant. Very upset, will not be returning. Highly do not recommend.

Husband and I drove up for the day to check out this cute town.
We stopped by for a flight of wine, charcuterie board and a pretzel. The service and ambiance of the place was great. Food (especially the pretzel) was delish and the wine options were perfect. We will totally be coming back.

We had a great dining experience at The Villa. They have seating inside and outside. We sat outside since it was beautiful out. Our waitress, Kate was awesome. Very attentive and she gave us recommendations on which flat bread to order. We went with one of her favorites, The Harvest, and it was excellent!!! They also have a great wine list. We had a lovely Pinot Noir from Sonoma. All of the staff were so friendly and responsive. We highly recommend The Villa for lunch or dinner in beautiful downtown Twain Harte.

Long wait times pared with mediocre food for the price.
Don’t order the ‘fried’ chicken sandwich” it’s chicken tenders on a bun.

Awful experience, the flatbreads came with least amount of veggies, meats taste stale and their dressing were old!
The Environment and Staff were great.
I love the inside decor and music and the outside seating.
The drinks were tasty.
The Lasagna was okay
The Steak won't be ordered again.
Clam pasta lunch menu was okay not great.
May be hire a chef for better direction on flavors.
I would absolutely go here again for a night cap and drinks. You can't beat the location
Try the Wine and Beer on Tap.

Service was really fast. The mushroom burger was absolutely delicious. I like that they put the lettuce and tomato on the side. Their children's menu was limited, but i mean kids only eat chicken and noodles anyway. My daughter loved their spaghetti. The outside patio is also really nice. It's got a nice view of the life happening in town. Will return!

Always has the best food you definitely can’t go wrong. The prices are reasonable as well. Love the dog friendly patio!😋😋😋

I have been to The Villa about eight times. The first three were very good. The next two were not great. The last three were awful.
The last three times we went there, the food was not good and the service was awful.
We were so excited when The Villa first opened and thought we found our new place in Twain Harte when the food, service, price, and atmosphere were all good.
Something happened in the last six to eight months and after the last three visits we will not go back.
The food is cheap, flavorless, and poorly prepared.
The service is even worse.
I was surprised when server came to our table wearing a hoodie with a ball cap. I first thought he was another customer. After he took our order, he forgot the drinks, forgot the bread, got the order wrong, and failed to check on us.
We had to go to the bar to ask for the drinks we ordered. We had to go to the host (who was the only service-oriented person working) to ask for our bread.
The one time we were able to get the servers attention to ask for something he got wrong, he was dismissive and rude.
Tonight when we were deciding where to go out to eat, we decided to give The Villa one more try. Tonight's experience was the third strike. We really wanted to support this restaurant but after the third awful experience we cannot.

The food was okay, but service was not good. I had to ask for my salad and it was served after I received my main course. I had to go to the bar for refills. It is the third time we have come to Villa’s and we have to ask for bread, or have had a lack of service or have had to kindly ask for refills.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend Villa’s. If you are in the Twain Harte area and would like a relaxing meal with great service, head to Eproson House or the Rock. The Rock is busy, but they treat you like family. The lack of service detracts from the atmosphere. At the Villa’s you are more like a burden than a guest.

Don’t bother coming here, absolutely horrible
!!!!
Had dinner with friends at The Villa and was very impressed. I had the baked ziti which was excellent. The minestrone soup was very good. All four of us enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was nice but noisy with families of young children, although I liked seeing families enjoying it too. The service was good overall. Definitely will go back.
