This place is really good and have low prices. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in the area. If I could change anything I wish the had some hotter salsa. The red and green salsa are good but they are not spicy. That said it’s still a good spot and I will continue going here

I have no idea how this place is so highly rated. Ordered a pork taco & a beef taco, and they tasted alike, like nothing. Bland as can be, like the meat was boiled for a day and no seasonings added. The best part of the taco was the shell.

Delicious Mexican cuisine, the tacos are incredibly good, especially the crunchy beef one and the fish one (even if they use frozen breaded ones, they are perfectly cooked and melt in the mouth). The fish burrito was delicious, perfectly balanced. The sauces provided are fragrant and fruity without being excessively spicy. In any case, we knew we had made the right choice when we saw 3 BPT company cars park at midday for the lunch break, no better guarantee of quality than the locals who think of the restaurant as their canteen! And the owners are adorable, both the lady and the gentleman. Even if they don't speak English, we tried to communicate between English and Spanish, and despite everything, we feel warm and welcoming people.Concerning the atmosphere, quite classic American desert diner/Mexican style: square tables on the side, a large counter, relatively little traffic but we clearly saw that the comments convinced us internationally when we saw German tourists enter . Personally, we decided to go for a picnic in Joshua Tree Park (there are tables provided around 20 km away), the dream!

Ate here just before close on a weeknight. The burrito was excellent as was the tacos. We squeezed our RV into the parking lot. They had a Spanish church service on the tv. The restaurant was dimly lit as was the parking lot.

Visiting from the north east I thought it would be great to get some tasty Mexican food here. No such luck. I don't know when I've had food so bland, and I had to pick lumps of gristle from my mouth as I ate. We didn't finish our food and spent the drive talking about how bad it was.

?????Update they got closed down for rats????The food here is bland at best! I've given the place multiple chances and it's never been good?Every review on here before October 20th 2022 belongs to Andreas, the restaurant that was here before. This business is getting one star from me because this is deceptive business practices using the previous businesses reviews as your own.

Best spot for a quick and tasty bite to eat offering a drive-thru. Fresh authentic Mexican food and fresh drinks. Awesome prices welcoming atmosphere to get in a break some good food to be on your ways....I enjoy and recommend the "carnitas" not dry and not greasy like some of the other spots in the area.

Stopped here for late lunch. The place was empty but full of a burnt cooking oil smell. Hence, three stars for atmosphere.. my beef taco was a bed of grease.. the French fries also greasy and tasted like they needed new cooking oil.. staff were always focused on drive thru. Which seemed to be all their customer traffic. Clean restroom. Opted for this as vegetarian friend couldn't go to the burger place next door.
