I came here for lunch break about noon. I ordered with my coworker, same thing at same time. He received his food a few minutes after ordering. I didn't get mine until about 30 minutes later. I was late to work from lunch break and had to eat after going back to work so sandwich was cold and wasn't very good. I should've asked for a refund when I realized they hadn't even started making it 25 minutes after I ordered. I come here once a week or more and never had this happen to me before. Was a very frustrating experience. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ORDERS. It's not that hard....

After ordering this sandwich, I arrived to pick it up only to discover the shop is on a military base, meaning my civilian credentials were no match for my hunger. Just when all hope was lost, the GM personally called me and hand-delivered my sandwich to a gate like a classified operation. 10/10 staff, 10/10 sandwich, I would follow them into battle.

Food is good but no matter what you order it will take you on average an hour to get it

Jersey mikes @29 palms made things right with me today, Turned my initial experience today from very poor to above and beyond. I believe the gentlemen’s name was Daniel I’m not sure but I whoever it was went above and beyond to make sure my overall experience was to standard. Thanks.

How are you going to take 25 minutes to make two sandwiches, forget one of them, have the other be completely wrong, double charge us for drinks, and proceed to tell me that if I want a new sandwich I'll be at the back of the line?

Good meat. Bad bread

Subs are pretty good. I only wish they wouldn't handle receipts with the same gloves they handle food with, or lay receipts on the cutting boards. Receipts aren't the healthiest thing to touch your food.

Great sandwiches, Karren provided great service as well. Will eat again!
