Food is good but no matter what you order it will take you on average an hour to get it

Jersey mikes @29 palms made things right with me today, Turned my initial experience today from very poor to above and beyond. I believe the gentlemen’s name was Daniel I’m not sure but I whoever it was went above and beyond to make sure my overall experience was to standard. Thanks.

How are you going to take 25 minutes to make two sandwiches, forget one of them, have the other be completely wrong, double charge us for drinks, and proceed to tell me that if I want a new sandwich I'll be at the back of the line?

Subs are pretty good. I only wish they wouldn't handle receipts with the same gloves they handle food with, or lay receipts on the cutting boards. Receipts aren't the healthiest thing to touch your food.

Great sandwiches, Karren provided great service as well. Will eat again!

So, Jersey Mike's offers three (3) sub sizes. Mini, Regular, Super. Which is very confusing for a blind guy, since I cannot see what those sizes actually are. I presumed, mini was similar to a six (6) inch, the regular would be a twelve (12) inch, and the super would be a eighteen (18) inch. I ordered four (4) regular subs, thinking they would be a foot long. Boy, was I wrong. The subs I got, were around six to six and half inch. For the price, I'm not sure if Jersey Mike's is worth it.

Jersey Mike's food is really good. Not as many topping options as say subway but similar to Jimmy John's. Pricing is not cheap but not the most expensive I've seen. The service and workers are always very nice and the atmosphere is ok since the couple times I've dined in, there wasnt many people inside. The place is clean and well kept with a TV as well and has a good view of the mountains. They also offer outdoor seating with handicap accessibility. Recommend as a good healthier option to eat on base.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for younger children as well as ample space for them to walk and run around if they get ansy.
