In the middle of Joshua Tree National Park. Toilet available. No connections whatsoever. No cell phone reception. It's best to book in advance. All places were occupied. Good privacy. All places close together and yet separated by bushes. Very nicely laid out. Table and fire pit/grill available.
This was one of the coolest campsites I've ever been to! The sites are right in the boulders, nestled between huge rocks and Joshua Trees. Nice firepits, tent sites, picnic tables, and parking spots at each spot. There are bathrooms but no water. Some of the most beautiful stargazing I've ever seen, with AMAZING views of the Milky Way!
Beautiful place in the middle of nature. A great night sky. You have to reserve online in advance because there is no network there. It's best to load maps offline. There are PIT toilets with toilet paper. Water is only available at the entrance to the park. You can also hear wild animals at night. The sunrise is worth seeing. Skul Rock is a few minutes away by car.
