After ordering from Pizza Hut for 30+years having them delivered, now they tell me they won't come down my driveway anymore because it's not paved, It's a well kept driveway!! They have just lost a valuable customer, I will never use their service again!

No gluten free options but the BEST TOPPINGS! Don't even miss the crust. Never dined in but the desk help for pickup was very service oriented and food was hot and delicious even after a 10 minute ride home. Kinda miss dining in when there was the salad bar but the pizza is as good as ever.

45 mins waiting for my online order outside of the store.. they kept customers waiting for nothing when the food has been ready & been sitting behind them the whole time!!

They never answer the phones, Shanna is just angry every time, they need training on customer service cause Shanna suck n the orange hair girl... the place needs to be remolded, bathroom smells like poop all the time even after cleaning it!!! It's disgusting n it needs to be addressed!!! Need to be remodeled food gets cooked burnt a lot of the times

I just came to pick up an order for a customer of mine as a Doordash Driver, and i ring the red bell for them to hear me 3-4 times and I was ignored. My husband was on the phone for BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AND HE HEARD the bell ring. The girls there chose to ignore. Saying that they didn’t hear it was a poor excuse. They were unprofessional, the super skinny blonde made excuses when i had my husband as a witness on the phone. He says i should call corporate and which i will. Being ignored was the worst experience i can ever experience as a Driver. She proceeded to mouth off and it didn’t sit well with me. She was very unprofessional.
