Food is good just small portions, service is quick in both the lobby and drive through! Very mellow to just grab a seat and chill or grab and go Starbucks seems to have both atmospheres lol.

This is a very busy shop with a drive thru window as well. Went in the store to order, full crew on board and received my order faster than I’ve ever experienced. Clean, spacious inside.

Just picked up my drink, only to have it spill all over my car because the lid wasn't secure. Thank you Starbucks for the air freshener I didn't need and the cleaning bill I will now have to pay.

I enjoy coming here. I like their customer service & the fact that its conveniently located inside the MCX. There are many things I like about coming but the only thing that I don’t like is that I can’t redeem my Starbucks rewards at all. When I asked why the answer I got was that it is their policy. Makes no sense to me. Other than that I’ll continue stacking up points every time I return & hope that they’ll start redeeming Starbucks rewards. I recommend.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Not sure what all the grumpy low rating are from others. It's NORMAL to wait in a long lines or get an I occasional mix up on an order when min wage employees are overloaded with orders. That's life. I'm delighted to have Starbucks in this community.

The staff is really nice. I would give 5 stars, but they occasionally mess up my order. I'll order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap with creme base and I can still taste coffee in it (I don't drink coffee, but I love their fraps). So it makes me sad when I order a drink and it still tastes like coffee even though I asked for a creme base.
Guy got mad when I called him sir when he is a sir and said that can be offensive bunch of p**** cats in there and when I said thank u didn't say my pleasure or anything

Solid Starbucks! I was impressed with how quickly the drive thru line moved and how friendly all of the employees were, especially since it was a busy Friday morning. Drinks were made as expected and hit the spot after a morning hike.

This Starbucks is super convenient for a quick run to get your coffee fix when camping in Joshua Tree. The staff was super friendly (unlike the one 15 minutes away) providing extra water and ice without hesitation. Very clean location and bathrooms as well. 5 stars and major thumbs up!

How can you work at Starbucks and not know that 4 creamer means 4 servings of cream in a beverage is beyond me. One serving of creamer is a tablespoon it's on the god damn package for Christ sakes. The daft barista was argumentative about how much cream I want in my coffee. Four cream and four sugar, she said uh we don't have the little packages of cream and sugar here. As if IGAF lady SMH, it's not my fault you're and idiot.
