I came here and expected it to be just as good as the one in my home town but sadly it didn't live up to expectations not only was the smoothie terrible the customer service was non existent there's a male worker here who complains about his job constantly saying how its the worst in the world and is terrible at his job cant even make a simple smoothie I can't even drink it because the ice and fruit aren't even blended right I've heard many other customers complain about this guy but hes still working there how he isn't fired is beyond me im assuming the management is bad especially when there's only one guy working 4 stores combined. if the workers hate there jobs so much here why work there. I'm never coming back here and i strongly advise not to.

Customer service during the evenings not good. Young people are working there with no consideration. The drinks are not fully blended and who knows how much of each they are putting in it. It doesn't taste like how it should at all. All I taste from it was ice. Not worth the price.
This place never lets me down drink are good. We come here atleast once a week for our smoothie and boba fix

Came here hoping to get a smoothie for my daughter. Got the smoothie but without a lid and the wrong straw. Instead received a Saran Wrap top and boba straw (we didn't get boba). Saran Wrap eventually ripped which caused a wonderful smoothie blanket in the car. Wish I could take back my $1 tip.

My son and I decided to stop by Surf City Squeeze for an afternoon drink and I am blown out of the water at how amazing the woman working as. I should have gotten her name, but we came in around noon, she was so sweet and my son (2 years old) LOVED watching her make the drinks. When we were done she asked if he could have a chocolate, and he again was so happy! I thought this was amazing! But then it got better, she asked if I brought my dog, and thinking she saw my dog in my car I said yes, when I looked at the car and didn't see my dog I looked back at her and she had grabbed an entire box of dog treats and handed me one. Not only are the drinks amazing, but the costumer service here is amazing, we will be coming back often!
I was very parched after hiking in Joshua Tree and came here for a smoothie. There was only one employee there so he had to take orders and make the drinks, which made the wait time a bit long since I had to wait for two people before me. However, he had great customer service and did a good job. I ordered a small banana, strawberry, kale smoothie and it was delicious. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture. The smoothie cost $5 which is a bit pricey for a small size but it tasted better than other smoothies I've had most recently. This location is also conveniently located next to a ColdStone Creamery for those who are

Awesome place. 3 for 1 special. Went for a smoothie & ended up shopping in the gift shop next door as well. New to town and always have heard of Surf City so decided to try it. You get way more bang for your buck here than any other smoothie spot... even McDonald's at that. 32oz smoothie for $6 something odd bucks here. Plus the customer service is above and beyond and very sweet! :)

It's a nice place. Located right inside the building with a few other places. The choices are slightly limited but still pretty good for the location. Staff is friendly and informative.
