Rude employee at the window. I ordered a Baja blast freeze and he gave me a regular one not the freeze this is the second time they have done this and I said something at the window and the guy was visibly upset and then didn’t give me the avocado sauce I paid for as well didn’t realize until I got home sad night .
I paid $14 for two burritos tonight just to have what I paid extra for not even be on my burrito!!!! There was one single car ahead of me not alot going on. But yet tonight I got screwed out of $14 because someone ain't capable of reading a screen. It's not rocket science it's shaping together a burrito with food that has already been made for you. Thank you for wasting my money.

I went through the drive thru yesterday around lunch time. The food was good, the service was great. The person at the window was so pleasant and courteous.

Apparently only 3 fire sauce packets is adequate for 6 items ordered. I asked 3 times. Inconsistent service with who’s working that day. Some who work the drive through will start with “what do you want” in an apathetic attitude then proceed to get your order wrong. I’d rather drive 30 min to the yucca location because they don’t act like there’s a fire sauce shortage.

EVERYONE CHECK YOUR ORDERS WHEN IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!! They have an issue of not giving you everything you order. Once again they didn't include everything in our order so we had to come back. We even asked them if everything was here and he said yes. Don't believe them.

Had three orders. Last order was not right, subscription of beef to chicken in there soft tacos and the chicken was rancid, literally spoiled!!! Looked online no way to email comments to so Google review it is.

This location has gone down significantly since they opened. I don't know what is going on. Please retrain all the employees and start over.
There is no quality control. Items are always missing regardless of weather we done in or take it home. Food quality is non-existent. Not everything is cooked fully. Nothing is hot anymore. Food amount ratios are slim in every item we have ordered. If we order a plain cheese quesadilla, we get meat in it. No one seems to know how to expedite an order. Customers stand around while their order sits on the shelf.

Taco bell is a tried and tested staple in fast food. You can not go wrong with eating taco bell. Chalupas and crunchwraps will always be in the higher echelon of inexpensive high calorie meals.

Ordered online hoping to get a quick meal because I ran out of time to cook tonight. No, that was not the case. Had to go back because I paid $10 for a veggie bowl with no rice, granted, that’s the main ingredient in the bowl. But no, this bowl was a super thin layer of lettuce and a quarter (coin)-sized worth of beans, guac, sour cream, and pico.
I go back. The worker tells me the food is half gone... I explain to him that is how I got it... he proceeds to say, “I don’t believe you.” I told him I was legit just here 5 mins ago, I live right down the street. He continues to argue and look at me like I’m trying to scam them of some beans and lettuce... like come on.
After telling him I’m not that kind of person, he goes and remakes the order... and on top of it, shows me what it looks like with rice in it. He made it, and I must say, even with rice? That bowl was empty. And quite honestly, it was rude thing to do.
I get home AGAIN and it’s the same exact size and is now missing sour cream and guacamole. I go back for a 2nd time and ask for a refund. The manager walks forward, not the original employee (whose name I won’t put in here because I’m not trying to blast him), and is super nice and apologetic, saying she would have made it right the first time.
I expressed my frustration and told her all of what happened. She told me I had to get a refund from the app or however I ordered it. I told her y’all are usually really good with this kind of stuff. She agreed. She apologized again and said she would make it right.
I didn’t trust the original employee being behind the line and politely refused, I didn't want him near my food anymore even if she was making it, told her my wife already started to make another dish at home.
Mind you, while I’m running back and forth arguing, my food is sitting at home... got home, my food was cold... my drink’s ice is gone, and I’m up later than I wanted to be, and will not be getting the proper sleep I should be getting for work.
Very disappointing experience, and will not be returning.

ordered through doordash from this location...it only reminded me why I stopped ordering in the first place. Not only did they make my delivery driver wait until the food was almost cold, but they didn't even follow the directions for how the food was ordered.....this wasn't the first time and i will never go back until i see better reviews. worst taco bell experience and food ever

Every single time i’ve ordered food through the mobile app which is about 5-8 times already they have forgotten something out of my order every-time. i’m not sure how incompetent you have to be for that…. The food also shouldn’t take that long to come out when there are barely any customers all you have is a bunch of young boys back there cussing the whole time and messing around and not to mention i asked for NO tomatoes and light lettuce in the food and what did i receive loads of lettuce and tomatoes 🤗 omg! i love taco bell !!
