I love this place. She is such a nice lady and makes the best carne asada burritos ever! Every time I go I think I'm going to try something new but I just end up getting the same thing. Loaded with meat and all kinds of delicious burrito stuff. Can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect place to stop by for tacos after a nice hike at Joshua Tree!! Tried the fried fish, carne asada, and chorizo.

I am amazed!!! Some of the most incredible tacos I’ve ever had, complete with home made tortillas. We loved the Al Pastor and Birria tacos in particular.

We came up to Joshua Tree from San Diego, and this is the best Mexican food I've had in such a long time! Chile verde was so flavorful and tender, and especially tasty with their HOMEMADE TORTILLAS. Each dish we had, including the chips and salsa, was packed with so much flavor.
Entrees ordered:
Chile verde plate
Shredded beef taco plate
Chicken Tostada

This was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Jasmine, who owns the restaurant with her mom, took our order and made our food. Thank you again! We’ll be back soon 😊

We just moved to 29 and this is the 4th place we have been for Mexican food and we have nothing but great things to say. First off, the food was delicious! I had a chile relleno burrito that was better than any I’ve had in a long time. They took extra time to make sure my vegan daughter’s food was vegan. The friendly service started on the phone and continued when I picked my food up. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a taqueria and was comfortable and inviting. I don’t know that we will go anywhere else 🤷🏻♀️

Fresh well made food. It can take a minute to get your food (15 minutes for us) but it's well worth the wait. The food was great, counter service was very friendly, and the portions were enough for two meals.

I can't wait to go back! It's a must for homemade yummyness. 👍
This will be our new go-to for Mexican food in town. The food speaks for itself and it feels great to support a Mother/Daughter small business.
The beef in the taquitos is slow cooked and so full of flavor--I can't recommend it enough. And as with any food made with this much love, it can require some patience. If they're busy, it's worth the wait! 😁
