We gathered at this restaurant with a large group of friends for Christmas dinner. What a mistake. I spent time on the phone when I made the reservation explaining that we would be a large group. I called twice to let them know in fact. My husband and I arrived fifteen minutes prior to our reservation so we could prepare the staff and move tables if necessary. It was all to no avail. From the moment we walked in we were treated with pure disdain—especially from the hostess, who was dressed in goth attire and had her face painted like a cat. I guess we should have gotten the hint and left right then, but instead we sat down and waited for our friends… To make a VERY long story short, we waited two and a half hours for our food, which came out one dish at a time with half an hour to forty-five minutes between dishes being served. During that time my husband went to the front twice with the water pitcher and asked the hostess to please fill it. Twice, she flatly refused. That cannot be anything but mean-spirited sociopathic behavior. Unfortunately I had time to visit the restroom, which was just as disgusting as the reviewer above describes. I think we should have left. As I write this I am hoping hard that we don’t all get sick. The food was greasy and lukewarm. Here is what might be the worst part. Many MANY other groups of diners came and went, along with a steady stream of people picking up takeout. We sat and waited while the tables around us turned over more than once. I cannot help but think this was deliberate. They were waiting for us to give up and leave. Maybe we were not their kind of people. I’ll just leave it at that. Thai Café in Twentynine Palms California is a no-go zone and I would recommend steering well clear of the place.
Used these guys to purchase food for wife's surprise party. Although they do not cater, they took my large order (20+ people)and got it right. Always my go to for Thai in Twentynine Palms. Definitely appreciate taking care of my crew.

I rarely write negative reviews but ...I placed an order with a waiter with real attitude for a soup and steamed gyozas. both orders came totally wrong even though the waiter had written them right ! it took forever to get the food while restaurant was empty. it was the worst tom yum goong and dumplings I ever had.

I'm new to this town new to this restaurant, only been there one other time, the second time I went was so horrible, the person at the register [wasn't there my first time, totally new person to me] big tall guy with tattoos and colored contacts, he was so rude and unprofessional, hostile, and aggressive. I unfortunately don't feel comfortable to go there again. I don't ever want to come across that person ever again. Sadly my whole experience there my second time was so awful I cried it was this big ol unnecessary situation that could have been handled differently and properly on their part, and now I feel like not going anymore to avoid coming across them again. Because of him I no longer feel like eating here again.

I tried “N2 Pad See Ew” for the first time! And I wanna say that these are THE BEST NOODLES! I think I AM OBSESSED with these noodles now! I’ve NEVER tried anything like that! THE MOST DELICIOUS NOODLES IN MY LIFE!
I got one dish and after I came back and grabbed another one.
I will ABSOLUTELY COME BACK AGAIN!
This is the best noodles place in the WORLD!!!!!!

This Thai eatery is just what we needed after my son's and my DMV experience. I had their lunch special item, some Delicious spicy coconut curry and rice with pork. The salad was crispy and the sweet vinaigrette very yummy.. Awesome various 80's & 90's music waa softly playing in the background so we could still conversate well. Service was friendly, just a really great time in my day, probably my month to be honest.

I walked in the restaurant at 8:03 and they told me it’s already closed. Front door board says restaurant closes at 9:00pm ☹️

It was an authentic Thai dinner. The waitress was extremely nice and came to our table when needed but not more.
Maybe it is my European character but I love to have privacy while dinner instead of having a waiter showing up every 2min.
The portions are exactly right from a size perspective as we went out without still being hungry but also not overfilled.
The ambience is ok but not special, therefore only 3 stars for the surrounding.
In any case a place to recommend if you are looking for authentic Thai cuisine and a relaxed dinner.

Thai iced tea was great to wash down all the excellent noodle dishes we ordered. Only one other table occupied the entire time we were here. Quiet place but great food and drink

We came in a group of 9 and it was great food, except we found 3 hairs in it. But the food came in seconds and everything was amazing. I would recommend this as this is one of the best Thai places I've been to. 👍
