The ribs are amazing and portion sizes are HUGE! (Even though we arrived hungry from a day of climbing) I ordered the Babybacks with the Triple Threat sauce. The meat was really tender and came off the bone easily. will be back next time I visit this area!

The food was pretty good here, we ordered a sampler and enjoyed everything except the dry rub ribs. The beef ribs are delicious and highly recommended. The sides are good especially the coleslaw. Portions are big and the price value is great. The atmosphere is ok, it’s very smoky inside the restaurant so better venting would be great.

I wasn’t planning on eating out on my trip to Joshua Tree, but when my Airbnb fridge broke, I had no other option. I’m so happy I tried The Rib Co! It was getting late after figuring out the fridge issue, so I called in a to go order. The entire staff was so friendly and was already packaging up my order when I arrived, even though I got there 10-15 minutes early. They double checked my order, separated the cold and hot items, and asked twice to make sure I didn’t need plastic utensils. I am usually a bit skeptical of BBQ on the west coast, but these ribs were amazing, completely falling off the bone. Thank you for the great food and service!!

Inexpensive hole in the wall BBQ joint but oh my God this food was delicious. I was able to eat my ribs with a fork and left no meat behind because the bone was trying to escape. Brisket was moist and1 flavorful. We had good customer service..They have an outdoor patio where we sat with the dog. I'll be back!

Average food at best and rude service. Went with a group of six and was told only one table big enough to accommodate so had to sit outside in the cold until table was available, nearly 45 minutes. Asked to get drinks while we were sitting outside at a table on the patio but told no and we could go to the store next door to pick up drinks. So, bought a six pack of beers from store next door and brought back to enjoy while waiting, but then told we couldn't drink at our table on the patio, but others were being served at their table on the patio. When finally got inside and ordered, food was just not good. Ribs were dried out and overcooked. Beans were clearly from a can and had no flavor. Pulled pork very bland. When we went to pay, told we couldn't split check, although this had not previously been explained and it was not posted anywhere. Waiter, who was condescending and rude, lied and gaslighted saying he always tells every party of 6 or more that this is policy. He did not tell anyone in our party. Was forced to pay an 18% gratuity, although it clearly was not earned. $250 bill for six people had to be paid by one person because they refused to split check. Will never go back. They clearly didn't care about the customer.

Fantastic stop. Real homemade yummy bbq and great sit down spot with a roomy enough patio and parking for even an RV. Things tasted homemade, perfectly cooked and flavored. I’d definitely stop here again. Friendly staff. Although their bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible but we figured it out.

Worst ribs I have ever had.
Very disappointed. The quality of the meat used is horrible. Completely flavorless. Very mealy ribs. Disgusting and a waste of money. Truly a shame.
I wrongfully trusted the smell of ribs from driving by, and also the top reviews here...

The chef is good, and the char was nice - but someone is definitely shooting this business in the foot by purchasing sub-par meat.

Truly disgusting meal that I patiently waited for. Ruined my night and burned a sizeable hole in my account for food that went to the dogs. Why are your ribs so gross?? What the hell...

Dude... this steak was exactly what you wanted it to be. The mac is sharp and the fries are legitimately the best. All hand made food and grilling right out front.

Kid-friendliness: Off menu kid meals are there!
