The Birria was melt-in-your-mouth tender with rich, deep flavor that hit every note perfectly. The Birria pizza? Game-changer. Crispy, cheesy, savory — everything you’d want and didn’t know you needed. The tacos were loaded and juicy, and the quesadillas had that perfect cheese pull with a smoky, seasoned kick.
And the asada fries… don’t even get me started. Loaded to perfection and absolutely addictive.
The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. You can taste the love and skill in every bite. This isn’t just great taco truck food — this is next-level. Can’t wait to come back!

Ukiah has a lot of options for Mexican food—nothing stellar. So I thought what the heck let’s try this cute clean spot by the post office. I had a busy day and had to grab lunch on the go. We were completely blown away by the service and food. Amazing food—-the real deal Mexican. Great hospitality-the owner was so kind!! We will be back Mary. Muchas gracias.
