We tried the OM cheeseburger… it was phenomenal! The salads were fresh. The waitress was attentive, and we will definitely be back.😊

We arrived an hour before they closed. The waitress who helped us stood right beside our table and complained that she wanted to close early, but now she has a table for two and that won’t happen… but told the other waitress to not lock the doors yet because she didn’t want to “get in trouble” although they immediately turned off the open sign when we walked in before assisting us. She stood directly behind me when we ordered our drinks, which was so strange and unfriendly. We walked out before drinks were served. How rude. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner… we drove 45 minutes to get here. We come here very often and have never had a bad experience. The date was 12/29/25 at 10:00pm.

I initially wrote a one star review, but I would like to update that the amazing management reached out to me and definitely made up for the unfortunate experience I had. The waitress we had at our next visit was very nice! The food was overall good and my family and I had a great time :)

We went for dinner with our party of 9 & a toddler for dinner for my son’s 21st birthday. Charlene was our server and did not disappoint! She has a fun positive great attitude, she even upsold us appetizers.. She was on top of our drink refills without even asking! We brought people from age 3 to 75 and she was attentive and made each person feel like she was so glad they were there. Without a doubt we will request her section every time we dine in this restaurant!

Our server Charlene was absolutely amazing, we had a large party (20 plus people) she was fast and so polite. She never let our drinks run out. Amazing personality, she got everyone's order correct and made sure no one was waiting!

I travel for work and have eaten at many Applebee's and other restaurants. Typically Applebee's is not my first choice, they have declined in quality over past 10 years. This location is hit or miss, the service and food is usually good but the restaurant has bad odors and does not meet my expectations for this chain. On a positive note, looks like they have a new manager and he is on the floor rather than hiding in the back. Employees do not seem intimidated by his presence and regular interaction. From outside observation it appears he is trying to improve service without being a jerk, good move. Hopefully they can clean the smell and improve the quality, based on local options close to my lodging, I will certainly return. Gave a higher star rating because they are improving.

I usually have a good experience at this Applebees. They seemed stretched. The steak seemed tough and had to ask for A1, but the veggies were good. The waiter seemed to play favorites and spent more time waiting on the larger groups, instead of checking with all of us.

We had a very bad online order experience here a while back but decided to go and eat in the restaurant anyway. It wasn’t much better. We were seated pretty quickly, which wasn’t too surprising since the place was not busy. Then we waited and waited for our server. He came by and said he’d be back in a moment. That moment turned into 10 minutes. We got no drink refills at all and the food was just ok, even for chain restaurant standards. It’s too bad they have people working there who just don’t care.
