Cannot recommend Charbay enough! Both for their outstanding products (that green tea vodka, R5 whiskey, and of course the brandies!) and services. I've been using blending and bottling my own brandy with Charbay for 4 years, and what a rough 4 years it was! Not only has my Frisco Brandy won gold medals, a NY Times review, and many other accolades, the team has been incredibly flexible and supportive of the process. Starting with their R5 distilled from bottle ready Racer 5 IPA and you distill that and then let nature takes its course of oak againg you get a whiskey that taste like no other! Their Vodkas with one time distillation not stripping it...
