Cannot recommend Charbay enough! Both for their outstanding products (that green tea vodka, R5 whiskey, and of course the brandies!) and services. I've been using blending and bottling my own brandy with Charbay for 4 years, and what a rough 4 years it was! There is something magical about Charbay Spirits. I've referred to it as "that Charbay thing." Distiller Marko Karakasevic told me it is "the style" and how he crafts his creations. It's hard to describe the flavors that set Charbay apart from all other brands. His Double and Twisted Whiskey is spectacular. The R-5 Whiskey is hoppy and bright.
