I recently tried the smoothie bar located inside the grocery store, and while the prices are on the higher side—about $10 for a 16 oz cup, plus an extra $2 for protein—I could tell they’re using real, quality ingredients. The fruit is frozen, not syrup-based, which I appreciate for both flavor and nutrition.

They offer a plant-based, raw protein option, which is a big plus for those looking for cleaner supplements. The smoothie was tasty, fresh, and satisfying, though the menu is fairly limited—not a lot of options to choose from, and only one size is available.

One thing to note is that the smoothie and coffee bar closes early, around 5:30 or 6 PM daily, so it’s best to stop by earlier in the day.

Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick, quality smoothie—especially if you’re already shopping in the store—but the limited menu and high price point may not make it a frequent stop for everyone. Still, the ingredients and plant-based focus make it worth a visit if you value quality.
