Pizza was awful..crust could almost see throug it.no sauce.cheese was not nice and stringy it was like a clump of paste not melted....it was awful...we love Domino's but we are not sure we will be getting any more pizza there...seems like the people that have it just don't care... So sad could be so good.

This ukiah location has never once completed my order correctly. My recent experience. I ordered pizza and drinks to be delivered at 5. They brought it at 4:30. Then called and wanted to leave it on the ground at the curb. Or bring that same pizza back in 30 minutes. When I called the assistant manager offered to bring that same pizza back so Id have a pizza almost an hour old. Every time Ive tried to get food here at this location they blew it. I know pizza. I've been in this game since 1980. I manage food service crews and the management has always sucked here at this location.

We order from Dominos quit a bit but Friday night the crew did not have it together. We ordered online and went in to pickup and pay and it was a cluster in there. When we walked in there were 3 people in line and myself and another guy walked in. They had one person working the register and 4 to 5 people making pizzas and getting the orders together. The cashier asked for help a couple of times but the others just kept doing there thing. The cashier was having trouble with the computer and needed assistance but no one was helping. No one wanted to step up and lead the ship. When it was finally my turn a woman said what can I help you with and I told her I had an order to pickup she asked my name and then went to go find it. When she couldn't find it she did not came back to tell me she just went off and started making pizzas. Then another girl came up to the register but she didn't ask if she could help me so I said can you help me? She looked up and said shyly want can I help you with. I told her I was here to pickup my order and she asked for my name went and found the order and came back and I finally paid and got out of there. Dominos you need to have a manager who can do their job and step up and be a manager at all times. This place was like a boat with crew members but no leader to steer the ship.

Unfortunately last night around 10 pm. I ordered from here and got like 0 cheese on my PIZZA. Sad to say this is by far the worst pizza Ive ever picked up from a dominos location. Unacceptable to look at this and let it pass a quality check. Let me ask you. Would you be happy to pay for this?

Bad customer service, standard dominos flavor. Really just a substandard implementation of the dominos experience. Make sure you see the food before you pay because they absolutely will not refund your money.

It’s about average rarely ever leave a tip. Everyone seems to be friendly all the time I am for pepperoni and mostly for Carry out.
