Went to the drive thru for two 3 piece orders of egg rolls and 2 milk shakes. I asked how many sauce packets went with each order and was told 2. When I get home there was only one for each order. I asked about the sauce because I was willing to pay if we wouldn't get enough. And we still didn't even get what the order included. Look in your bags before you leave the window!! Seeing is believing. Very disappointing.

Went for lunch today 10/16/24 and I got the new bacon double smash burger with no onions, curly fries, and a caramel iced coffee. Always the best iced coffee! The burger was perfect and the fries were super fresh! Best food for the price in town, in my opinion.

When I ordered they totally messed up my order then when I tried getting what I ordered they said no we just substituted that and I said that’s not what I asked for and on top of that my fries were old af They are always too busy chit chatting to give good customer service I won’t be going there Ever again

Ordered twice and they couldn’t get my order right I had to drive all the way back from the hotel to have it fixed, both were completely wrong. It’s fast food, it’s not rocket science. Maybe hire someone else or close the location down.
