They didn’t take our full order, the building is not clean, there was multiple cars parked outside that people were living in with a screaming kid, the guy who brought our food was very dismissive and didn’t want to hear what we had to say, just staring off into the distance, when we went back through to order the vanilla milkshake again that was left out I asked about a certain sandwich, we were told we could order the sandwich but specifically only on the website, when I went onto the website, the sandwich was not there, pretty disappointing when we drove and hour 1/2 to get there for a late dinner

The young female server on 7/24/25 at 3 pm was not very nice and rude. I’m a senior with my little grandson and I took a while to order and she looked irritated. When I asked about the combo special she acted like she didn’t hear me. It’s my usual stop on the way to the redwoods. I’m never going back there again. She just sealed the deal with the homeless people around there. It was just convenient with gas too.

Jack in the boxes are supposed to be a 24/7 and this one is not pretty sure it's a requirement for you to be a Jack in The box that you're open 24/7
They were out of chicken, tacos, egg rolls, and probably other things though the first three were definitely not there.

Jack in the box in Ukiah, The employees are usually nice with the exception of the women who are in a lousy mood and look very tired, Tables, restrooms and parking lot are usually clean and maintained, The fries are usually luke warm and hard when ordering from the drive trhu, The drinks are refreshing and taste good, on a side note there is a gas station available on the same lot.

Every time , I go and order jumbo jacks they are made very sloppy, of 15 times I order I only got once right.I call manager but seems like she with sloppy crew too because she said I get what paid . Hopely.the owner get this message and fix this problem because I'm ready call Corporate.

The manager is sloppy and dirty never washes her hands after receiving the money and then goes makes the food I seen her do it multiple times I'm not trying to get sick ....never going there again my burger was half sized missing piece and inside the burger all broken up
