Staff is prompt and friendly. I won't mention prices simply because food costs in California are just obscene. Restaurant is clean and never seems crowded. I've never had anything that had sat too long under a heat lamp and serving portions are never wanting. As far as fast food goes, KFC feels a little more recognizable as real food.

My order was taken in English.. I love the food and service.. My favorite place to eat... Everyone behind the counter were speaking Spanish in the workplace, taking breaks and Speaking Spanish with customers.. All I heard was Spanish, This is America. English is the official language. It seems rude of the employees.

This is one of the good KFC franchises. They don't screw up the orders and I've always received my food freshly prepared and served hot. The drive-thru is easy to negotiate and there's a large parking lot if you want to dine in. The interior is clean and there are two ordering kiosks inside. The KFC app is very easy to use and there are lots of free offers and discounts when you use the app to order. Having a good app is essential now for any franchise. I...
