I love this place! Have been coming to Marinos since I was pregnant with my son. The food is consistently great! And service is friendly and fast, my son is 22 now and is a regular customer , he loves the pizzas

I never post bad reviews but this place hurt my feelings I’m new to the area I was looking for some authentic Italian food when I called to try to place an order the lady who answered was very cold & unfriendly super rude she kept cutting me off when I tried to ask questions bc I was trying to figure what to order her tone was just so unapproachable she seemed in a rush she was trying to rush me off the phone she should’ve just hung up I honestly didn’t even want to pick up my order which I didn’t it wasn’t worth it I was looking forward to trying some of their food but I was frustrated that I was mistreated over the phone if you don’t like your job then go somewhere else don’t take it out on guests who are just trying to support your business jeez Luis so much for pretending to deliver hospitality smh

We are just driving through Ukiah on our way up to Wa and stopped in for a quick lunch. Wow! Best hot Italian sub I’ve ever had! Makes we wish we could stick around for dinner. Husband and son both had the meatball sub and they are in heaven!! Great friendly service too. Can’t beat that! This place is awesome! ?

I called today because I was told when I was back in Ukiah, they would replace my order that they messed up on when I went in the first time. I wasn't upset because accidents happen, and when I ordered from there they frist time it was during lunch so I figured they were just rushing. No big deal. My problem is when I get told the person wrote down my name and number, and when I came back it wouldn't be a problem. The lady who, as she put it "Was the woman in charge there" was so RUDE. Wouldn't even let me talk, didn't even try to ask for my name, she wanted a date (which would have been okay, if I could remember that far back) but she wouldn't even let me explain how the person I spoke to the first time told me all I would have to do would give my name and number. So after she said what she wanted to say, not letting me talk, she wanted to hang up on me. so unprofessional. For someone who is in charge, you would think she would know how to treat customers. The guy who answered the phone was nice, but like I said for being the "boss" she should probably work on how she talks to people.

We ordered a variety of their pasta dishes as well as an order of meatballs, a take and bake pizza and garlic bread for a birthday dinner at home. The pasta dishes came in microwave safe containers making heat up and clean up really simple. The pizza cooked up perfectly as if we'd gotten it fresh cooked, and it was loaded with pepperoni. Our favorite was the butternut squash ravioli with alfredo sauce. It was a perfectly delicious dining out alternative! Thanks for a great meal!
