Stopped by here on both ends of our trip to San Diego. The food was delicious and there was a bigger selection than expected. Prices were decent, I believe it was under $30 for two plates and 5 fountain drinks. The dining area was clean, air conditioned and easy to navigate. The bathroom was spotless and the outdoor seating was a nice option to have. This will definitely be a road trip stop next time we head down south.
Parking: Lots of parking options on the back side of the shopping center. This location also has drive thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: The main path to the counter and down to the register should allow a wheelchair without issue. There were a few tables set up specifically to accommodate a wheelchair.

Always have to wait 5-10 minutes for your food in drive thru. At the Ukiah, Ca. Panda has a short menu. Small town fast food restaurant. We visit other Panda's in bigger cities. They have bigger menu and more food cooked for time of day like for the dinner crowd.
Parking: Small parking spots.

Another Update: It is unbelievable how this Panda Express continues to get worse! How can they not even cook rice right?? It is just SO bad on every level from food (dried out and flavorless-except you can taste all of the oil used), to portion size (I was able to fit 2 "plates" into 1 container), to customer service (just rude, inadequate and unacomodating)! I keep thinking they will step it up and I get sooo disappointed every time! Such a waste! I used to love Panda Express. :( Update: No improvement. It has only gotten worse and as you can see, nobody monitors the reviews. Original: I have been going to this Panda Express every week since it opened. I moved from SoCal and had really missed Panda Express. Unfortunatley, there are a few things about this location that disapoint me. Number 1, their portion sizes are insufficient. Last night, I ordered a 2 entree dinner and I could fit all of the entree portion into one of the small sections of the box. Additionally, I could see the bottom of the box where the rice was because it was so scanty. I felt like I would have gotten more if I had ordered a bowl, but I paid for a 2 entree plate. Number 2, they don't rotate their food. They just mix up the old food with the new. This is really gross when you get pieces of chicken that have obviously been left in for a couple of rounds (which were probably the pieces they skimped out of somebody's previous order). Since this location is new, I waited a bit to review. I still have hope for improvement because I LOVE Panda Express but I will hold out to get my fix if they can't get it together and enact better practices!
I’ve been here about three times in the last month. I used to really enjoy the chow mein. But one day I took a bite and it felt like I was chewing on a shredded toothpick or something. I spit out the wood and took it to the front counter and they told me it was just a dry noodle. It was definitely wood. But speaking of dry noodles. The chow mein has been very dry, and the noodles seem undercooked. And there is no flavor. I can’t even eat them they are so bad. Very disappointed in the quality. And the soda dispenser has been broken for the last two or to three weeks. So I have to eat these dry noodles with nothing to drink. Do better Panda.

I mean, it's a panda express, so you probably already know what to expect. This one was on par with other panda expresses. We did have a fun time "haunting" the boomer couple who came in right before us and were disturbed by our neon green Mohawks, so in that sense it was dinner and a show :p soda machine wasn't working, but staff tried to fix it, so points for that.

Apparently they have an automated voice taking your order in the Drive-thru. I spoke my order clearly, then noticed it was wrong on the monitor. I tried to correct their mistake, but was unable to. When I got to the drive up window I explained to the girl that the order was wrong. She proceeded to lecture me about how I DIDN"T SPEAK MY ORDER CORRECTLY to the machine. What? The fact that your company is too cheap to hire a REAL employee to take my order .... is somehow MY fault?
