Right when you drive up the Aroma of that bbq smells good however the tri-tip sandwich was a little too dry, loved how they chop them up in pieces, over cooked it.

I've had a few unpleasant dining experiences here. It's one of those BBQ restaurants that you just wish was better. The meat tastes like it's been sitting in the fridge for a few days. Pretty much the only redeemable thing about this place is the sandwiches and you can get a better sandwich at the bottleshop.

Gross bathrooms, trash everywhere, dirty inside and out, meats overcooked, and what are the business hours now? I used to come all the time and now this place is just ran to the ground.

Its good food but the place is a bit poor looking, it's kind of gross and dirty. If the place was cleaned up a bit more I would give 5 stars but without the cleanliness it's only 3 stars.

Sad example of a pandemic impacted small business. There were a significant number of closed restaurants in the downtown area so options were limited. The place was quite unkempt and only one waitress was working. She was very friendly and tried her best. The flies were out of control, apparently due to nearby Lake Mendocino having dried up.

we just came inside and waited 10 minutes, only to have the patrons behind us be seated first, leaving no tables for us. pretty rude to make us wait 10 minutes with children only to ignore us and seat the guests who arrived after us. i know your busy but i thought every customer counts. we have been many times but will not be dining there ever again.

Was a favorite but 2 weeks ago I ordered and paid online on a sunday...went to pick up and they were closed. When I called to get refund next day the girl was rude and did not call back or look into it. Lost a regular customer now.

Lately romis has been very hit and miss. Food hasn't been consistent lately, and they've been missing a lot of items on their menu. I love their food I hope they get it together.
