The manager Karissa at their Starbucks is a bad manager. She doesn’t even know how to manager her employees, what kind of management is that when you have people walking out the door because you can’t schedule properly when you only have 1 staff member working on Saturday January 3rd, a weekend at that you should know it’s going to be busy.
Went through the drive through after ordering mobile pickup, this was my first experience with this location and they missed items on our order. Initially handed us one drink, and waved goodbye before starting to close the window. Then asked if we had more items when I said excuse me, I told her we had two more drinks and a bakery item, but we never got our bakery item.
