Customer service was horrible, waited 23 minutes exact for 2 iced tea to be made mediocre, it’s always the second shift that makes this place not desirable to come for a drink, the morning shifts are always polite and kind and make sure your drink is top notch.

They have delicious foods and drinks. Ordering through the app is really easy.
This Starbucks is really nice inside. It has nice paintings on the wall and lots of seating. They have a trash can, recyling bin, and compost bin all next to each other with signs saying what goes where. Also, there are napkin dispensers.
The outside eating area is nice as well, it has a little fence and some tables with chairs and umbrellas.
Vegetarian options: some of the sandwiches, egg bites, and other foods are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: You can choose to have nondairy/fake milk instead of real milk in your drink. They have some gluten-free foods, but there may be cross-contamination.
Parking: this Starbucks has parking spots in front of it.

Everybody in play up in Cali. Half the staff be in the play and on the customers in the place. The workers are farfetched, a fake grimace gimmick, a tool to the customers that come in on the rounds. I get the points but some are supper lazy. Damn open up psychology unless that's their understudy.
It's all on the store fronts video. Guess they get paid to do the do. Typical Starbucks? Rate others as you get coffee

the service at this starbucks every time i’ve went is ALWAYS horrible. There is usually one girl making all the drinks, doing all the work, but then there’s this other girl who does NOTHING! She sits on her phone and when the working girl asked for her help she said “i’m sorry” while giggling. I ordered on the starbucks app and they are ALWAYS behind, I understand they get a lot of orders but this could be helped if EVERYONE was doing their job. The last time I went, they lost my order, they put the sticker on a monitor. The drink I got today after all this trouble i had a BLOCK of ice in my blended drink. In their defense, they all did look like they were mostly teenagers working there.

We were just passing through and stopped for cold drinks. The Super Sweet staff kindly gave me plenty of cold water for my 3 thirsty dogs and even offered a bowl ! We couldn't have been Happier stopping here ❤️
I was the only person in line and waited 10 minutes for my drink. When I was given the wrong change the employee didn't even apologize and said he thought it was a tip.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a drink from Starbucks occasionally, but this location frequently messes up my drinks. Ex. I order a dragon drink (water/lemonade base/clearer one) I receive the MANGO DRAGON DRINK (COCONUT MILK BASE/FOGGY CLOUDY DRINK) ... Another example is the strawberry açai, other locations and ones I've visited outside of town give a good LAYER of strawberry bits, here EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL I GET 2 STRAWBERRY PIECES AND SEEDS I HAVE TO ASK FOR EXTRA STRAWBERRY WHEN I ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AND ITS A HASSLE TO REMEMBER THAT .... Otherwise thank you for another location
