I usually love going to this subway due to not having to wait in liner. I went in this past week around 2pm and noticed it’s been busier than usual there was about five people ahead of me keep in mind they were parties of 3-4 people. I noticed there was only one girl working. Once it was my turn I asked if she was alone. She said yes, that the other person gets in at 5pm. I still had time on my lunch so I sat down and ate for the next 15 minutes I see a constant line and this poor girl running around trying to get these peoples orders. I came back the next day and same thing, busy line and only one girl working. The food was great just hate that I have to wait more than 15 minutes just for a sandwich??? I really hope they fix this issue!

Horrible customer service!Hid in the back from customers. Finally came out and asked if we needed anything and when I said “Yes, may we order sandwiches please?” he rolled his eyes and went and hid in the back again. So, I left and went to the Perkins street Subway and where I was served promptly with a smile.I will never go there again!

I wanted what I have on a sandwich but no bread. I Didn't know how to order it. I just asked for a sandwich with no bread. The girl behind the counter totally humiliated me. I wish she had been more considerate because I have dietary restrictions. The salad as they called was good but service was a mood killer.
Dietary restrictions: Staff needs to be trained to be mindful of possible dietary restrictions and more informative rather than treat customers like idiots

Very bad attention, a horror, it made me want to eat, he made the sandwich like throwing the food angrily into the bread. I asked him for toppings, he took 10 minutes to give me them, and with nothing to serve it, when I asked for a spoon he threw it on the counter. I don't understand how a person can emanate so much bad vibes when providing a service. Awful. Don't go eat there, it's a waste of time and money.

I ordered from this location at 4:30 PM via the website. Go to pick it up at 4:55 PM and they're closing (for a "party"--as specified BY the employee). They were not closed; but closing. Hours are between 9 am-8pm. I asked for a refund and did not receive it. Subway stole $35.64 from me and I don't think I'll ever see that money again.

The food is not bad, but the machines behind the counter are so loud that I had to repeat myself a few times for the worker to be able to hear me. The dining area is really dirty, all the tables and benches have dried food splatter that looks like they've been there for a long time, not to mention the stuff on the wall. Also, my sister found a piece of chicken cartilage and some lunch meat in her protein bowl.I don't believe that was because of the workers though, because they changed their gloves for us between the sandwiches and the protein bowl so I believe that the lunch meat was already mixed in with the other meats.Also there is a booger on the wall by the bench closest to the drink fountain ?

Cleanliness is definitely lacking at this location. There were MANY smudges and mayo fingerprints on the food glass display, the machines were abnormally loud and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The front cabinet was literally falling apart and the dining area was dirty. The staff came out to the counter when we ordered and then disappeared for the remainder of our dining. The food was good but the obvious disrepair and lack of cleanliness will keep me from returning.

This place feels very uncomfortable to eat in. The floor look dirty, there's random liquid spills on the floor, the walls look sticky and dirty, you can barley see the employees making your sandwich because the glass is so scratched, oily, and foggy. Almost all of their machinery looks dirty and it all effects the atmosphere. I found different types of meat in my protein bowls that was just supposed to be chicken. Their machinery was so loud that communicating with the employees felt almost impossible.
Really I can’t use coupons I got in the mail locally? Guess what I won’t be patronizing your business ever again.

The lazy manager complained about having to train new people so she told me they closed five minutes early so she wouldn't have to be there late in training.Even though all the food was still out and no closing had started she wouldn't just make one sandwich.Do peeled not get paid at subway to make sandwiches? It was literally five minutes before closing. I had a rough day and just wanted to eat.
