They offer milkshakes and smoothies, plus a menu of sandwiches / entrees and a set of proteins/grains/greens to build your own plate. The food is basic, well done, tasty, and filling. I had the grilled cheese sandwich, sweet potato fries, and a plate with different tofus and fried plantains. It was a lot of food, especially for the price. Had a great time trying a bunch of things in the hot buffet - the bbq tofu was my fav and the platano was not bad. I also had a grilled cheese sandwich, which was basic, but they got the cheese to melt so that is cool. The sweet potato fries were great and came with a good amount of ketchup. Thrilled to find this place along the way to Fort Bragg. As others mentioned, this place has a laid-back hippie vibe. We got the Reuben and the chicken sandwich plus the sweet potato fries. All very fresh and made to order— they cut the sweet potato into fries on the spot. Super friendly service. Food was tasty and filling — not outstanding. It sounds like the hot bar is better.
