Great atmosphere, and good food
Great vibe, great beer selection. Definitely coming back.
Great people, great food, amazing beer.
A mixed of different types of generations singing in the karaoke. We play billard pool for 3 hours. Cocktail drinks are reasonably priced
The Thirsty Axe is the perfect place to drink beer and throw sharp objects—safely, of course! Great drinks, friendly staff, and the pure joy of hurling an axe at a target. What more could you want? If you’re in Ukiah and haven’t been here yet, fix that immediately.
Best bar in town
This place is a great place to meet up with friends for a great time.
Great place to be at for any and all events, get togethers or just a place to go for drinks and meeting cool people
One person serving a room of people such a hard task witch she still did her job well, but she needs help,
Food was great service sucked only cuase she was pretty much by her self doing everything and the place was loud in an extreme annoying way ppl doing bear challenges throwing up while your trying to order food is just wierd,
With proper management this place can easily be a place where u keep going back,
So much fun!!! We, with a group of 7, threw axes, drank, played pool, laughed, danced, and spent a wonderful Saturday night! Thanks!!

Very good place to hangout with parties and drink while throwing axes. They have you sign waivers before they teach you how to throw an axe, and then they give you an hour on a lane with multiple fun games. The pesto sandwiches here are also very delicious.
My family and I had an opportunity to check out the Thirsty Axe this past weekend.
What a good idea!
The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming.
They have pool tables, axe throwing booths, lounge areas, music, live music + comedy sometimes, beer, sandwiches and snacks. You can also book the place for private events.
Great place to hang out with family and friends, work groups and associates.
Thank you for the hospitality!

I’ve given this place too many opportunities to let me down (4). Each time, has been a worse experience than the last and now, I’m not only never going back, I’m going to actively steer friends away from going.
Actually feeling very generous by giving 2 stars because it’s like the one alternative activity place we have in town, and my first time there was for a concert which was a blast (if you weren’t waiting in the 20+ min line for drinks.)
There’s a digital display for the food and drinks, but I’ve never actually gotten my first choice of food or drink because they are ALWAYS out.
They need to remove them from the display if they’re out. Or find a better POS that can work with the menu.
My last and final experience (Jan ‘25) they were out of both beers I tried to order, then our group ordered their Totchos and out come some cold soggy fries. When I went to see why we didn’t get tater tots as the base of our TOTchos, The response was “oh we ran out of tater tots so we put them on fries”. Only after they were paid for of course.
The trivia MC started only 20 minutes later than they state on their fb page. Milk that Pliny because you’re in for a long night.
If you go, please keep your expectations low.
Very friendly staff & a lot of cool events. The food is great & so are the drinks . I always enjoy my time at the thirsty
We rented 2 axe throwing courts and spent hours drinking. Suddenly one of the waitresses didn't want to serve us anymore because we didn't have a physical passport. We showed it in a photo but she wouldn't accept it in any way and told us to leave or she would call the police. She treated us in a degrading and racist way because we weren't Americans. We couldn't finish the game with 30 minutes left. It's a disgraceful place, totally inadvisable. I put 1 star because i can’t put 0.
