I seen so many bad reviews but we took a chance because we love Wing stop. Order online...it's the easiest! It takes about 25 to 30 minutes for the food but if you order online you can just wait at home or in your hotel like us. Everyone said how gross and dirty the place was....it's not true. Well at least when I went. Then they said the service was terrible. The minute I walked in the employee immediately greeted me with a smile...had my order already ready. Of course I a lot of them the amount of time that the website said. Then I asked if it was okay if I checked my bag just to make sure. It was a great experience for me! Hope you guys enjoy it too if you try it.

Food was good but the price was a little more than we expected. Although there was certainly plenty for 5 adults to eat their fill. The service was exceptional and for that we gave a 5 star
This place is in dire need of a deep clean. The floors were so sticky that I felt like I was walking through a swamp, and that was just the start of my issues.
The service was excruciatingly slow. My teenager ordered food and was told it would take about 30 minutes. After that time had passed, he went to ask if it was ready, only to be told it wasn’t. He waited an additional 15 minutes, watching as other orders were prepared and picked up while his sat in limbo. After a total wait of 45 minutes, he finally gave up and left without his meal.
I decided to speak with management about the situation. To my surprise, there was no manager available that day. I returned two days later, hoping to resolve the issue. When I finally spoke with a manager, he informed me that they would not refund the order or provide a replacement; instead, they would only offer half of what we originally ordered. This lack of accountability and customer care was incredibly disappointing.
Overall, I cannot recommend Wingstop based on this experience. The combination of poor customer service and uncleanliness is a recipe for disaster. I encourage everyone to support local restaurants that prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction. There are plenty of pizza places nearby that offer wings and provide a much better experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this franchise.

We picked up an order around 10:30 am . and the service wasnt very good . the wings were not well done like we asked . the wings had barely any flavor or sauce on them . they had little to no sauce on them . the fries were cold and soggy .

1 star because the wings were fire always good but our fries were way undercooked and cold. Horrible customer service the guy didn’t know what he was doing. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the whole drink station was filthy trash everywhere and spilled liquids all over. The restroom was disgusting. The inside to sit and eat had hair balls on the floor all the tables were filthy and never cleaned while we ate. All they had for paper towels was a roll for everyone to share.

The person who took my order was disrespectful and rude as hell.I actually was staying at the hotel next to the place and was informed we don't deliver and had to pick up my food. The food was good but I'll think twice about eating here again.
Me and my mom were super excited to get some Wingstop but when we parked at lake Mendocino we had been really hungry but when we pulled out the food me and my mom ordered two chicken sandwiches and they were not in the bag. So we are not satisfied at all Wingstop and we will not be spending our money where there’s a place that does not give us our food. Very disappointed Wingstop.
