Was really good, the avocado smoothie was perfectly sweet, and the Banh Mi was delicious! The pork was tender and the pickled veggies were nice sweet and sour. Ever sinice I had band camp I been going to eat here for lunch. It was an incredible experiance. Would go here again!Edit: Usually when waiting you have to dedicated 45 mins to sitting and waitiing. service takes forever.

I now pick up my banh mi across the street or from SJ the lady does not care about customer service at all. Even if you go to Vietnam you don’t get poor service like this place. So when quality and service goes down hill with prices going up customers will go elsewhere

Cute corner shop for Vietnamese drinks and snacks.- Friendly cashier- Quick service- Drinks were good- Indoor seating; nice for quick chat or lunch break- Takes credit card- Barrier at register- Plenty of parking- Assortment of drinks, desserts and snacks

Have been many times and will always come back for a great Banh Mi. I am vegetarian and I love their tofu avocado! Great Che as well.

Pork special - Pretty decent. The meat was a bit leaner than I'd like. Smoked pork belly - The smokey and fatty belly was good. Overall, the sandwiches were not too difficult to eat but definitely lacked something. Tad too much bread, not enough veggies, needed fats or saucing. Maybe customizing is the way to go next time.

If you're craving a banh mi, you definitely have to try this place out! This place has all the essential banh mis plus more, and you honestly can't go wrong with any of the choices here. I've always seen this place, but never got to try it until now and I know now that I was definitely missing out! The place is a really cute and small store, and the black board menu is so creative and neat. I was greeted by such a sweet lady who was kind, friendly, and welcoming. It was so hard to choose from the banh mi options because all of them sounded so good! We ended up getting: -Pork sandwich: 10/10 absolutely a classic and can never go wrong with this choice -Korean steak sandwich: 10/10 so much better than I had expected! The meat was soft, flavorful, and tasty. They include a good amount in the sandwich and it works well everything in it. -Wood-smoked brisket sandwich: 10/10 tastes like a backyard bbq in the best way possible. They give a big chunk of meat and it's a sandwich that I've never had anywhere else. Absolutely worth a try. All the sandwiches were served on a soft, warm, fresh baguette. Didn't get to try a Che this time but I'll definitely be back for more. Overall, such a tasty and great experience, and I'm already excited to come back.

Have been ordering from this place for last year. Very disappointed with the order today. Ordered #1 grilled pork sandwich with extra meat and veggie. The sandwich is a lot smaller than 1 month ago, some meat on it (definitely not extra meat) and zero veggies (even though I asked for extra). Not going back any time soon...

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I walked in and the lady didn't even acknowledge me. I waited and finally asked if they're open. She kept ignoring me. After some time, she finally nodded. I went up and asked what are some popular drinks here. She said "all good" with a rude face. I ended up getting the my usual "green tea with lychee flavor". She made my drink in a rush and left it on the counter. I grabbed it and took a sip. As soon as I started drinking, I noticed it was SUPER sugary. Not like regular sugar, the sugar was like 5x the normal amount even though I asked for medium sweetness. It was not drinkable at all. I went back to the counter and told her that it's undrinkable because it's too sweet. She said "wait for ice to melt. It will fix it" and left lol. Terrible customer service. Don't go here.

C'Mon Che-Lo... I love y'all food but y'all gotta do better. I ordered all our sandwiches with extra meat and the pic below is what we get? I don't mind paying more for more but this falls short big time. Sad thing is that this is the second time that this has happened and I brought it to your attention after the first time... Let's get right and get your stars back up!

This location is very easy to miss in the shopping center as its a small shop in a corner, so lookout for that! We came here for a quick bite and figured banh mi sounded good. I also wanted Vietnamese coffee which was a plus. They have a very good selection of meats for banh mi and the sandwiches did not disappoint as they were packed with the perfect amount of meat, veggies, etc.

We order some of the specialty drinks and it was tasty. Except it had to much ice so it was hard to get to the toppings.

Not coming back - Expensive! - Read all the negative reviews first before coming here. - Came here to buy plain bread - $2 per bread - wayyyy too expensive compare to many other places - and the bread was not even fresh. They also cut up big loafs instead of giving you individual breads. Rip off place. Shaddy business. Not coming back.

I got the young coconut combo Che and all the fruits were fresh and delicious. Great treat to have after some nice dumplings at din ding.

Previous read reviews. Too expensive and not enough meat for the price. We used to grab a quick bite to eat here.

This place is still the best I've found. The quality of the French bread is fantastic Head and shoulders above some of the other places around here that seem to get great reviews and I'm not quite sure why. I got the pork belly bahn mi today ... smoky pork belly was fantastic extra jalapenos and cilantro that crispy wonderful French roll and just the right amount of fixings. I'm a happy camper.
