Love this spot, the kids love it, i love the variety every week! It's something new nothings the same. But when im not in the mood for the flavors of the week, the chocolate chip cookie classic never disappoints
Overall taste has been amazing, some not so good, but we're on week 4 of trying the cookies and so far tres leches and chocolate cookie and cream and the skillet cookie have been delish, as for customer service not so great, the girl was very rude when asked if they had spoons for the tres leches cake, other locations do have them but this location just seems they hate their jobs🤦♀️
Customer service is always great. Super friendly and accommodating. My sister asked for more toppings on her birthday cookie and the lady was so sweet. This is the only Crumbl location I go to and I love it every time
