I think some cookies are super good and popular and I think the ones they try making popular… for example the dubai ones, they just don’t turn out delicious. Also, some of the cookies need work on the baking such as being overcooked or undercooked.
Staff is always super friendly, but this location tends to be sold out of the promotional weekly flavors by like Tuesday and as usual per most crumbl cookies undercooked dough is an issue and several times I've got a three leches cake and they did not have the whipped cream topping, which was random, but I guess it happens
Love the cookies, enjoy them weekly! Would of got 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that all weekly cookies are always sold out......EVERY week. Iv never been there when every cookies was in stock.....don't understand. Other than that if you havent tried them your missing out!
