I was at Elite Bakery last February. I have been wanting to come here for years. I was glad to get some Filipino sweet breads for the road but I missed the empanadas because I couldn't wait for them to cook. I had to leave town.
Incredibly light and fluffy guava cake, it was so delicious there were almost no leftovers after the party! The guy working the counter was also very nice and informative when I went to order my cake. I went there on a whim having never tried it before and I was so pleased I did! If you're wondering if you should try it out, don't wait just go! You will not be disappointed.
