We went to dinner yesterday, and the food was delicious, good-sized portion, great service. I will definitely be coming back.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a walker, and it was easy for her to get in and out of the restaurant. It was even easy for her to store her walker. The owners are very kind and held the door open for her.

they renovated from just Fish Day to K Kitchen Fish Day to include Korean food. I ordered sushi, two appetizers, and lunch special with sauteed seafood item included to it (see pic), they were very good! And lunch menu with all this food for less than $20 alone was worth it. My daughter and I ate as much as our stomachs allowed, but only managed to finish 1/3. Boricha (roasted barley tea) was great with the food as well to cleanse palette. It was so good that I took a picture after already digging in half way through the meal...The decor is really pretty, very calming Korean elements and colors that look clean and warm.Parking: Parking right in front of it.

K KITCHEN AND FISH DAY - A MUST-TRY!We'd been driving here from time to time to check when they would open, but finally, today, we were so glad to find out they're open!First, the owners were so welcoming. They made sure banchans were always filled.Next, the ambiance was so lit!And the food.... ugh, the food! Everything was delectable! We had tteokbokki, bbimpap, bulgogi, cheesy ramyun and sweet and mild korean chicken - the juiciest fried chicken ever!We really enjoyed our lunch! This will be on top of our list now!

Absolutely love the remodel and them going Korean bbq instead of serving sushi. They made some changes and now its a must to go at least 2x a week for lunch.

Nice new remodel. Really good waitress and the owner was working the room and was fun to chat with since I was by myself.Korean Fried Chicken ??Outside was crispy and gooey, sweet with a little heat and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The pieces seemed hand cut from a whole chicken and I got more than half a bird. Yummy banchon on the side.I can't wait to return.Parking: st

This used to be just fish day now it is a combination of both sushi and Korean food with K Kitchen. It is always refreshing to see something new in Union city. With the addition of the Korean menu, it was exciting to see that they have fresh Ban Chan available with bbq that is ordered. The food is fresh and I can’t wait to come back!Pictured: California roll, pork bulgogi, and k-chicken

they remodeled this place, still have a great taste of food and now the dining room has a good ambiance. If you go soon they might hook you up like me with some appetizers. I get the chicken fried rice.

Our first time there for a to-go dinner order. The place looks like it was a fun spot a long time ago. But now it seems neglected and old. The person taking the order was not friendly and didn’t seem to know the menu well. But the person who brought us our order was very nice. The food tasted ok but I did get very sick that night.Probably won’t be going back.

I used to love this place and frequented it often (more than once a week) when it was Chef Lim's Fish Day. Sadly, it changed owners. Prices increased dramatically, the service plummeted, and the food quality and portions decreased, too. My friends and I miss Chef Lim and the rest of his staff and the friendly, reasonably priced, and tasty food. So my 5 stars has dropped to two.

Great little fish place. Note, access only from side street, not Alvarado-Niles. Nice assortment with lots of non fish dishes as well. The staff is great, but the food seems to not be as fresh as I prefer.
