Before COVID, this was our go-to dim sum dine-in restaurant. We went to eat hear almost every Sunday after church. However, this restaurant has changed management and their quality of food. The dim sum is not as flavourful, especially the classics we used to get, like the shrimp dumpling, chicken feet, and sticky rice in lotus leaf. It's kind of disappointing that our used-to-be favourite restaurant has changed for the worst.

Been a long time since I've visited this place. One of my fellow yelpers was writing about chicken feet, and I remembered this place had the best chicken feet. All 5 of children love the chicken feet, they could not get enough of them. It's strange to have children that look forward to eating chicken feet wouldn't you say? My kids do judo a couple of times a year at the Buddhist temple in Palo Alto. It is just a short ride across the bridge to get to Union city. So we always stop in here for dim sum. The workers here and the owner know my children quite well. Like many typical Chinese owned businesses, old father and old mother sit around at a 'reserved' table. When we come, in they always hug our children and give them sweet treats. We cannot understand the spoken Chinese, but with jovial gestures and smiles, I Always get a warm feeling here. One night Judo wasn't done until 8 PM, we drove across the bridge to get dinner and when we walked in they had closed early. The waiter apologized. As we were getting in our car, one of the cooks ran out and started machining for us to come back. The server didn't know us, but the Cook know we drove a long way for the food and they happily served us whatever food that was available. It was a nice touch. Also they gave us so many extra items and they always send my kids home with a bag full of goodies. It's just such a nice touch to feel like a local, even though we live in Reno. What we ordered: Pot of green/Jasmine te Salt pepper pork chop Salt pepper fish Rice noodle roll with Beef Rice noodle roll with Shrimp Beef balls with bean curd skin Shrimp and mushroom in bean curd skin Siu Mai slow cooked pork spareribs in black bean sauce Deep fried taro dumpling Fried shrimp balls Xiao lum bao Green beans with garlic Bbq pork buns Custard buns I don't go to a lot of dim sum places so I do t know how 'authentic' it is. I usually let the owner choose stuff for me. I've never been disappointed. They also have regular Chinese fare like fried rice, beef and broccoli etc. but we don't normally do that here. Delicious and large portions for the price. Family style atmosphere very warm.

$17 for un thawed pigs feet that consist mostly just bones in a unknown disgusting sauce all over the bag on top of goopy cabbage. I literally could not stomach this .

Came here after this place changed ownership. Dont have much dim sum to order anymore. More pricey, but not a problem if its good....unfortunately got worst. Not go great anymore. Clams taste so salty and sweet sour pork is a bit too sweet. Fried fish came with no sauce. Tried once and dont think I wil come back.

What happened to this place? Used to be so good and cheap. Porridge had clumps as it someone mixed rice and water prior to serving. This place has gone downhill.

This place used to be great. What happened? Just checked in here for the first time since the pandemic. They used to have anytime dim sum...not anymore. I ordered my usual salt/pepper fish, Peking spare ribs, salted fish and chicken fried rice, and Hong Kong style chow mein. Eh, this is just another no-frills Chinese restaurant. And on top of that, I got "schooled" by the young waiter with glasses on how the Hong Kong style chow mein is to be served. "Excuse me....I absolutely know how this chow mein is to be served. I am simply asking for an extra half cup of the 'sauce' because the noodles are a little more on the dry side." Of course, I was refused. And on top of that, they automatically add 18% gratuity to a table of 4 people. Unheard of. Will not come back. There are plenty more other restaurants.

3.5/5 Just your average Chinese take out and sit down restaurant. Ordered: 013. Beef Chow Fun with Xo Sauce 107. String Bean with XO Sauce Both these dishes were decent. Nothing spectacular but does the trick for someone craving chinese food and want something fast. We actually ordered regular beef chow fun but the guy asked us if XO chow fun was ok since they made it on accident but was still good! Portions are decent as well. Location: located in the corner of the marina plaza near daiso. Parking wasn't too bad but can get packed. They also have a special menu where you can order 3 dishes for around 34 bucks. Would come again for take out

The food was not fresh, the menu was much less, and tip was secretly charged. Part time is a scam shop.

I had seen HK Top in the corner of El Mercado Plaza Shopping Center for years, but I finally tried them out. There is plenty of parking in the lot here. I ordered to go, so not much service, but the food came out fairly quick. I ordered beef and egg over rice. It is a shame that it does not come with vegetables in this rice plate. It is a bit pricey for what you get, especially when it was mostly just rice, some egg, but not that much beef.

No thrills neighborhood casual diner for solid HK style comfort food, with acceptable dimsum items to boot. salt & pepper fish fillet (3.5/5): airy and crunchy, it was too salty even for salt & pepper dish. Shrimp and egg ho fung in white source (5/5): counted 8 large shrimps in the dish, all popped in the mouth, egg was perfectly cooked to give the running silky smooth texture to the dish. Seasoning was on the light side Siumai: adequate for a fast-food diner, juicy but a bit under seasoned Haigow: skin was a bit mushy instead of QQ, shrimp was adequate albeit under seasoned. Again I forgive them since dimsum is not its specialty. Overall adequate food at very affordable price. There are no AC in there so guests have to sweat on hot days.

Cashier at front . Demanding tips , 3 times . I said i dont feel like tipping he responded i dont want to see you . Like wheres your manners . You cant expect a tip from anyone , its impolite . Hope this business can improve its service Ordered the rock cod plate . Cod was not fried fresh . I would try something else if he didn't demand a tip . I am giving a 1 star because getting To Go food here. They will not give you utensils. Very disappointed. They expect me to eat with my hands if I order my lunch here during lunch hours? I guess many should start checking or ask.
