I recently tried some dishes at this local place – haleem, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and garlic naan. Let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The tandoori chicken and haleem? They had this odd taste that nearly made me feel sick. The biryani was okay at best, might pass for someone who's never tried biriyani before. Overall, not really what I was hoping for, and probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

Best Bangladeshi produce in the bay area and to reply to Soumya Das if you got the fish which is most likely frozen and had it trimmed and cut, clean and had the scales cleaned off you will loose weight on the fish like anywhere else any grocer store theyweigh the fish before cutting it. Do you think by so called stealing from you a couple of dollars they will become rich, they don’t think as low as you.

They steal. In straight face they charged me for 8 pounds of fish and what they gave was 6 pounds. It has happened before also for this shop but this is a steal and they do it in every possible occasion.

I went to buy imported frozen fish liked by bengalis. He had variety(whatever is allowed inside the US). He was alone. I think he should have a helping hand for quicker service.

The gentleman that work here are incredible cooks and overall amazing people. Not only will you find some of THE BEST food here, but at reasonable prices. For first timers, I recommend Goat Biryani with Tandoori Chicken Leg (Side of either Roti and Naan). Just keep in mind this is a take out place.If you are buying meat from the deli here, I can say it is some of the most wonderful and freshest meat around.Don’t wait, try today ?? this place is freakin Heaven!
