I believe that because if the pandemic the quality of this particular location has fallen. My animal style fries were not very animal style and even the burger was subpar. Everything was cold and it felt like it had been sitting for at least 5 mins before I even received it in the drive thru. Not worth the 30 minute wait in the drive thru line. Too many people here all the time.
In-N-Out never misses! The burgers are always fresh, the fries are hot, and the milkshakes hit just right every time. You can taste the quality in every bite — nothing frozen, nothing fake. I always go for a Double-Double add chopped chillies with extra spread, and it’s perfection. The staff are super friendly and quick even when the line’s long (which it usually is, but totally worth it). Simple menu, classic taste — you can’t go wrong with In-N-Out! Always priced...
The Union City In-N-Out gets really busy, but the food quality is consistently great. It’s definitely my go-to spot, and I’d highly recommend it. If you’re planning to visit, I suggest walking in to order your food rather than using the drive-thru—it tends to move faster. Just keep in mind that this location can get pretty crowded, so seating may be limited at peak times. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
