I come here all the time! It's such a great alternative to regular hot pot because you get to choose what ingredients you want :) highly recommend if you're super picky about what's in your soup. The staff are always super nice and greet you with a smile. I will note: most of the service is self-serve so you're expected to make your own sauces and get your own drinks. Overall, I love bringing friends and family here because everyone leaves full and happy

I got the hot signature beef broth hot pot, which is their spiciest option. Service was good and the food came out quickly. That being said, I had some larger pieces of veggies like the mountain yam that wasn't cooked all the way through. I wasn't blown away by the spice and the broth wasn't as strong as I would've hoped. The extra spicy dry pot has a nice kick however is quite greasy and a considerable amount of oil could be scooped out from the pot. The selection of ingredients to choose from is quite standard. There is pork intestine and other interesting marinated cuts of meat which are a plus. They have a variety of broths which is also another plus, since other build your own hotpot places typically are have a limited selection. The sauce bar here is also above average.

I love how there is a lot of variety you can choose for ingredients. I tried the dried mix, and I think it would be better if the Mala flavor is stronger. Service is good and efficient. I love the sauce bar as well
