We came for my dad's birthday in July, he had Mexico Lindo on his mind since a disappointing father's day meal at another Mexican spot. The outside still states Mexico Lindo, but the doors and menus say another name...Mariscos Sinaloa. Okay....
Anyway, we are seated by a woman who is also our server, also someone else's server who are seated on opposite ends, and is also the bar tender, food runner, and maybe even the cook. This was the only person we saw in the hour and a half we were there. She brings out some chips and salsa, parents love the salsa. The chips go by fast, and it was a hassle finding this one employee who is superwoman at this point.
We order our food - steak fries for the appetizer, carnitas plate for my brother, fried fish for mom, mariscada for dad, and a 3 mares plate for me (chicken, carne asada, and shrimp plate).
Mom was disappointed in her plate. It didn't come with rice or beans or any additional side....for 33...wow. dad's plate was also small, not much to offer (then again we always compare to the $60 mariscada from San Leandro's La Cabana, which is always at the top of his list). Brother's carnitas were good, just not much of it. And my plate...sigh.
The meat was good, I left that as to go to bring back. The chicken was ok as well. The shrimp....now they only give 3 so I am thinking these are top market priced shrimp. When I say these tasted like the dirtiest smelling water you could possibly ever smell...but in your mouth. I nearly puked. It was disgusting. The shrimp must have gone bad BUT they still sold and grilled them. The rice and beans....if you see my reviews, I always rate rice and beans as its a basic staple in Mexican food. The beans were salty as can be. The rice was dry and mixed together, the beans saltiness still overpowered every bite.
Would i come back? 0/10 absolutely not. Please decide what your name is, and maybe have 2 staff instead of 1 so people don't wait on drinks or utensils, even if its a Tuesday evening.

The service is really horrible. If you go to this place, better look for another option. You will only waste your money here. The food is tasteless, the waiters treat you very badly and do not inform you about the tip charges. In addition, they rush you to leave the establishment and charge for extra things without prior notice. What a scam!

Well let's start, it takes a long time to bring the food, I don't eat spicy but the food still lacked flavor ? so average!!! I don't recommend much, the women's bathroom smells very bad ?? I'm sorry but I can't give a good rating

I don’t usually do reviews but they deserve it for sure. I’m picky with my food but I had to walk back to grab another plate bc it was too good. The customer service was great too everyone had smiles which made the food worth the walking back and forth ??

Waitresses were very rude and dismissive, rice was so slimy and bad that we thought it had cheese. Our waiter was very sweet but co workers were just standing back while he was taking care of over 9 customers. Man in beard and round face ignored everyone while he was chatting with waitresses.
