It's a really simple sandwhich shop with amazing service and tasty food.

Great service. I even received a complimentary cookie

Order was not correct and when I had to go back to pick up the remainder of my sandwiches, the manager was on his phone by the window then he got up and made my sandwiches.

Okay where do I begin to unpack this place… upon arrival it seemed cool like any other Sammie shop. But, after you look around you find more reasons not to eat here due to lack of cleanliness. My lady and I ordered here this past weekend and we got everything and it was looking promising until I went to the drink station and wanted to get some lemonade and as I pressed the water tab to dilute my lemonade a bit a chunk of mold flew into my drink… at that moment I was disgusted couldn’t help but notice the cob webs, dust, dirt, and bugs EVERYWHERE. The window was covered in small bugs and it made us check our food just to make sure it wasn’t possibly full of debris. Thankfully the food was great and the staff were nice but, I can’t overlook how dirty this establishment was. Will probably be the last time we go to this place EVER again.

Online and app ordering needs improvement.

On April 15th I went to Mr. Pickle to purchase 4 sandwiches. I walked in and there was only 1 customer and he was all taken care of he just finished paying. There were 4 girls working there and they were gossiping in Spanish. I didn’t catch everything they were saying but they were not happy with the management. I stood there for five minutes, and the customer and I both looked at each other and I think we were thinking the same thing. Not one of those four girls acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to place my order. They just kept working on whatever they were doing and didn’t ask to take my order. One of them looked at me but then quickly turned around and I got zero service. I ended up walking out after approximately 7 to 8 minutes and, you guys lost a big sale that day I went in for four sandwiches but when I saw your menu, I was going to get Five and feed my family and my Auntie’s family. It’s the worst feeling on earth when you go into an establishment and nobody acknowledges you. They didn’t even say “someone will be right with you.” They didn’t even talk to me. They just continued gossiping. I was very disappointed. I was hungry. I ended up walking out and going to Mexico, Lindo. That was the worst experience. I had there in a long, long time there was actually four girls there and all four of them ignored me.

Whoever is making sandwiches on Tuesday is stupid. I ordered a CJs pastrami and when it arrived it had mayo which doesn’t not come on it. If you don’t know what’s on the sandwich you should not be making it.

They are also very accommodating of my special requests especially for any dietary restrictions or personal preferences. Mr Pickles,I enjoy going there pretty often!Good employees, good sandwiches!Sandwiches prices are just a bit over priced but I mean what’s not nowadays?Although I think the Indian manager with glasses should be more of a team leader.I’ve seen him just boss around the nice employees. He’s not fully rude don’t get me wrong! But I think he should learn how to be a leader! Overall It’s a great place.Food taste is good, not the best! But you shouldn’t be disappointed.
