About San Honore Panaderia

San Honore Panaderia is a nice little Filipino bakery shop. It offers lots of choices and sells delicious bread. The fresh and hot pandesal is huge and fluffy, and comes at 12 for $6. The pan de sal is a favorite, and the taho for breakfast is top of the line. The cheese rolls are a special recommendation. The Star Bread is delicious but quite hard. The workers are kind, hospitable, nice and welcoming, and are happy to answer questions. The shop is very small, but one would probably find favorite Filipino bakery items here. Some note the pan de sal gets flat or squished in the bag by the time one gets home, and hope it becomes fuller or dense. The line going to the cashier is not well defined, which creates confusion among customers as to who should go first. Many prefer this place over Valerio’s and will keep coming back for more.

I love the fresh hot pandesal, they’re huge and fluffy. I also really like their taho for breakfast. I haven’t tried anything else but I have tried the taho and pandesal and I’ve been getting them consistently. The workers are nice and welcoming and they are happy to answer questions if you have any. I prefer this place over Valerio’s for sure
Very nice little panaderia. Lots of choices. I personally like it better than Valerio’s. Special recommendation are the cheese rolls. Will keep coming back for more. Oh by the way, for the person who mentioned that the pandesal were squished, these are what pandesals should look like. If you’ve lived long enough in the Philippines, these are what they look like when you buy at the local panaderia. I personally like them, will order some and put coco jam or reno to complete...read full review
