The best!!! Such an underrated & unknown gem of a restaurant! I hope more people support this small business owner as he really does an outstanding job! My husband & I order here at least once per week & the quality has been consistent each and every time. The owner (?) is so friendly & his recipes are better than any Ive tasted in fremont. So excited to officially have a new go to spot for authentic & delicious Indian food. If you're looking for fresh,, rich authentic flavor full of depth, look no further. Please give this place a try, you wont regret it! Cant say enough good things about this place. We are big fans for sure.

I came here 30 minutes before closing and there was only one chef/server. He was a delightful man that was very quick to sit us down, take our orders and started working in the kitchen. Everything was made fresh to order and I was amazed at the quality of the food. Especially, it was late at night and no workers to help him. So happy I found a great Indian restaurant in Fremont, off Alvarado Niles. This Indian restaurant serves fresh, authentic flavors with any amount of heat. My go to is palak paneer, gobi (cauliflower dish), garlic naan, and the vegetarian biryani rice, all medium spice. All the food was so delicious that I came back the following day and ordered more food. This is my new go to Indian restaurant!

Love this place! I always have the shahi paneer atleast once a week. They easily serve the freshest paneer in the Bay Area. The new owner is also very kind and has great customer service. I definitely recommend for anyone who loves great Indian food. 10/10

We ordered chicken biryani and chicken pakora. And OMGGG!!! Chicken was rotten , tasted so bad. And even the pakora looked like it was out from biryani not real pakora. ? waste of money. Me and my son had stomach flu after that.

The food is delicious. We greatly enjoyed the paneer makhani and vegetable korma. The owner is very accommodating and welcoming. Definitely will be coming here again!!

I got the Murg Makhani (Butter Chicken), Garlic naan, samosa chaat and mango lassi. Food was really tasty! The owner was very nice and considered my request to not put tomatoes on the samosa chaat without any problems. The spice levels were adjustable and I went for medium spicy which was done very well. Food portions are great! And the butter chicken had shredded chicken which is the way I like it! Mango lassi was more sweet and less tart but tasty nonetheless. Will definitely be visiting this place again to try more dishes.

After moving from South Bay to East Bay, I thought I would never taste good Indian food.Happy to prove me wrong after experienced Spice Up Kitchen. The owner is kind and attentive. The food from appetizers, entrees and special naans are superb in the next level.Always fresh ingredients and dishes made from scratch as I could tasted. Aromas, contrast of textures and flavors play in harmony. This is a truly gem and made me a regular customer. I can’t imagine myself going elsewhere to get better Indian food.

The food here is good. The service is horrible. 3 times now I've ordered takeout on Yelp and waited an hour before the order finally shows as complete and ready for pickup. Upon arriving he tells me he hasn't even started it yet and just give him 10 minutes. You might get your food 30 minutes after that, depending on what you ordered.
