Dirty store. The floors were sticky. There was a drinks thrown and smashed up against the wall inside dripping down the window down the table and all over the floor. All three trash cans were overflowing.There were 4 employees in front all talking, laughing, cussing. They was No one in front of me as I stood at the counter for almost ten minutes before I was helped. Kid who helped me had no emotion and looked miserable to be working there.Drinks were standard Starbucks.Parking lot is small

I believe in giving restaurants second chances. Both times I was surely disappointed in the service of this particular Starbucks.I highly recommend training videos for the staff on customer etiquette. If you are going to make your customers wait, at least have the decency to let them know that it'll be a minute. Also, the employees seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than with taking orders even though I was literally the only person in line.Enjoy this store if you like poor customer service.

Coffee is not that good as per Starbucks standards. Not very clean. They don’t serve you good if you don’t tip them well $$?♀️(I noticed, they only call for my orders, if I tip more $$$). I always add tips, even if it’s not required in ALL Starbucks Café…

Asked whether they can make a non sweetened matcha latte. Answer: yes. Matcha latte arrived sweet. I inquired how and why, since I specified it should not be sweet. The crew united to inform me that the powder they use is already sweetened. I said they should have specified that when I made my first inquiry. They all, a united front, refused to understand what I am talking about, and sneered at me in ridicule, tried to give me the feeling that I am somewhat retarded. Way you go! Is this what you call service? I don't. I am not in a hurry to go back.

I was ignored for a few minutes at the cash even if there is 5-6 employees mid-morning. The serving Barista is unfriendly; I was scored … I didn’t use exactly the right menu nomenclature.No one clearly assigned to oven duty so we had to wait extra minutes for a warmup meal (even if the oven was idle).Sad because this place used to be great… one bad apple maybe?Next day my Latte tasted Vanilla or Hazelnut… watch for crossed contamination. Rince your container in between orders!

I asked for an iced latte and she gave me a hot drink. Not only that, but the total of the drink was 6.44, and I played with a 10 dollar bill, I received 2 dollars back. I was already late for work, so I had no time to argue about the drink. Horrible service do not recommend

I came in, ordered (not busy), and wasn't given my drink and pastry until 20 minutes later. The person making the drinks didn't call my name and left my items on the side of the table. When I finally asked them about my drinks they did not apologize and just slid me my items silently.
