I was ignored for a few minutes at the cash even if there is 5-6 employees mid-morning. Never in my life have I been to a slower Starbucks. I have come here several times because of its proximity to my work. I rarely am greeted when I come in and have to wait at the counter for a for a minute. No one will acknowledge I am standing there to simply tell me they will be a minute. The employees have no sense of urgency, even when there are several people waiting for drinks they do not pick up speed. When I place mobule order they still aren't ready when I arrive.
