I was ignored for a few minutes at the cash even if there is 5-6 employees mid-morning. The serving Barista is unfriendly; I was scored … I didn’t use exactly the right menu nomenclature.No one clearly assigned to oven duty so we had to wait extra minutes for a warmup meal (even if the oven was idle).Sad because this place used to be great… one bad apple maybe?Next day my Latte tasted Vanilla or Hazelnut… watch for crossed contamination. Rince your container in between...

Staff is not very efficient and overfill the coffee cup every time, causing it to leak, therefore wasting coffee, mess making, and time consuming while trying to get to work on time. Plus they keep rasing their prices!
