The ratings scare me. Looks like service and food quality suffers when they are busy. Always liked the atmosphere but last time I came, it was busy and service was slow. Even the outdoor area. This weekday in March we got such excellent service and food, that I have to put this in. Didn't care for the mini chimis appetizer but fajitas and birria tacos spot on. If your lucky enoughh to have Brook waiting on your table you won't be disappointed. She took the time to explain drinks and dishes and we never had to look for her.

Antojitos restaurant exceeded my expectations! The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with friendly staff, made for a delightful dining experience. The menu offers a wide array of authentic Mexican dishes, each bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying the taco salad they were absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. The cost for unlimited chips and salsa is $4.95!

I am giving this place a one star in every category. The customer service is horrible, my party of 7 & two infants walked in and got sat, but they never told us that “a party of six or more has the gratitude included into the bill already.” With that being said, we understand why no one ever came to check up on us at any time because they already knew they were going to be tipped without doing any work. Our drinks came out, it was more ice than anything, we got three kids meals one we asked for chicken enchiladas, they brought a chorizo enchiladas. And 4 adults meals and all 4 meals the rice was super hard, the “Birria” was not Birria and was very dry. Once we were done, they brought the check that was only the 3rd time they checked on us, the first was to take our order the second was to bring our food and the third was to bring out $340 check, for 4 dry adult meals 3 kids meals 3 kids drink and 6 adult drinks. That included the $48 tip that no one there deserved. I am really disappointed with having to tip, without any type of customer service

The place was definitely understaffed. It took over an hour to get our food and when it came out, we only received half of it, and it was incorrect. Food was very greasy. We asked for an additional drink, but were informed the bar had already done last call. We didn’t eat more than half of the food. As we were walking out they were making more drinks for other guests, I guess the bar was only open for certain people. I didn’t even take a picture of my food because it was not appealing at all.

Great atmosphere and decor. The food was good Mexican food, prices were just a tad high. Service was kinda slow, especially considering there were only about ten patrons seated at the time with none waiting on a weeknight. Staff was nice and place was clean.

I dropped two star on service because the waitress we had was very dismissive. Our food was cold by the time it was brought out despite being one of two tables. Watched it being done for a while. Then she didn't bring out all the right food. Usually I have good service service and I don't watch the food sit there. Still would recommend, but that waitress was off and she had horrible service.

This is quite the high-energy Mexican restaurant. It's low lit with pumping music. The decor is unique, and every inch of this place has a detail or story. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of drink and food options. The food is very industrial. I tried the partida pear cocktail, and it was very unique. I also tried the birria tacos. They were on the spicy side. They did leave me on the hungry side to order some tortilla chips and guacamole. Prices are inflated here, expensive for the quality.

Never, ever have I been so discriminated against as there was on January 4, 2024..my husband, my daughter and I...we came in wanting to eat at this restaurant, they told us in resection that in 15 minutes they would send us the happy message to let us know that supposedly our table would be...it was full.They called everyone and we are still waiting for the text...only Americans answered...I wonder, they would think I didn't have money to pay oh what...they never attended to us...only guerita people serve there oh what...it's supposed to be It is a Mexican restaurant...I really don't recommend it at all...Latin people describe it there

this restaurant was conveniently located just outside of Universal Studios which made it a great choice after a long morning in the park. However, I think it was slightly overpriced for what we received and the server wasn’t overly friendly. I got the cauliflower al pastor tacos which were pretty good, but there are only a few vegetarian options. would still recommend.
