Visited this location earlier this week after finishing the day at Universal studios.We were the only customers in the store. Had a small cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and of perfect consistency.The store is at the perfect location in Universal city walk. The staff could have been more friendly though. The store ambience is also nice.I felt the small cup was a bit pricey but then what is not pricey in today's market.

The ice cream shop next to the Dolby Theater, the clerk is very polite, and ice cream flavors can also be sampled.There are several kinds of cones to choose from, the ice cream is very delicious, and the price should be fairly affordable in the United States.Rich taste, not too sweet. Quite like.The vanilla flavor is delicious. The caramel ones are also good.2 balls a cup, no cone, 8 dollars

We were expecting a much nicer store, the service is poor when you are there, we are served correctly in quantity but it is better when you pay $8 for a portion of ice cream

Ice cream was great. Like many reviews on this page, the service was terrible. Went in on 5/14/23. I asked if they also sold pints since this location is listed on the main Ben and Jerrys page as selling them as take out. A simple "oh no, sorry" would have sufficed but instead got a snappy and rushed tone from the girl serving the ice cream. Not worth my time

Don’t post you’re open till 9 pm and then close before 8:30.

Socially inept staff. Watching the staff interact with customers was truly painful. Whoever hired these people should never be allowed to pick new employees ever again. Genuinely felt bad for all involved.

The location is great and ice cream was tasty but the customer service was awful. We felt very rushed by the girl working afternoon shift on Dec 30, 2022. Yes, I'm going there. I've been to other locations where the atmosphere was much more welcoming. Heck, even the other guy working with her had a better attitude. Tone was snappy and super rushed..I'll stick to other locations. There's way more to do at City walk than get ice-cream served with some ATTITUDE. I hope the staff is better trained on customer service to avoid this again.

If it's icecream, it has to be Ben & Jerry's. Salted caramel blondie a must try.

Good place and family

Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lots of smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming. And, it goes without saying that Ben & Jerry's ice cream has some of the best and unique flavors around. The Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for my latest trip was fresh and delicious. I will keep coming (and bringing friends and family) for the all-around great experience!
