Visited this location earlier this week after finishing the day at Universal studios.We were the only customers in the store. Had a small cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and of perfect consistency.The store is at the perfect location in Universal city walk. The staff could have been more friendly though. The store ambience is also nice.I felt the small cup was a bit pricey but then what is not pricey in today's market.
The ice cream shop next to the Dolby Theater, the clerk is very polite, and ice cream flavors can also be sampled.There are several kinds of cones to choose from, the ice cream is very delicious, and the price should be fairly affordable in the United States.Rich taste, not too sweet. Quite like.The vanilla flavor is delicious. The caramel ones are also good.2 balls a cup, no cone, 8 dollars
Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lots of smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming.
