Last time I was here, I swear the menu was bigger. The food I got was good but warm like it had sat for a few before being brought out to me. And the shrimp was definitely well done... honestly disappointed compared to previous visits.Kid-friendliness: The kids' meal is pretty small but comes in a cute little boat. My 8 year old could easily eat 2 or 3 of the kids' meals.

Steak came out raw after asking for medium, not rare, raw, server was on it that’s why I didn’t hit the one star, they comped the meal even though i didn’t eat it. I assumed that’s the food industry things happen just feel like I got the bad end of the stick at the end server:5/5 overall 2.5 stars won’t be back

It was a fun experience.Miles, our server, made the experience very good.Ordered steamed shrimp and kids chicken straps meal.Kids meal came out on a fun paper boat and drink came out in souvenir cup that you can take home.Beer also included a souvenir glass.Fun place to eat when you visit Universal Studios.

Overall, the place was fun. I love the Forest Gump reference. Service was good, staff was very friendly and consistently checked on us. Food wise was not so great. Mama's fried chicken had a weird flavor to it that made it unenjoyable. The shrimp and crab roll was alright. Other than the food, it was a fun try.
Our server Tiffany was amazing. The manager was great. All the employees were attentive. The food was excellent, but definitely go back again.

After flagging down the sever and interrupting his conversation, apparently he had forgotten to enter our order. Avoid at all costs, a godawful addition to CityWalk.

WORST EXCUSE FOR RESTAURANT FOOD!!! At 41yo, I can honestly say I've never eaten here before.. and I NEVER will again!! We've had better food in gas stations and hospitals. This company should be ashamed of scamming their customers and overcharging them for BS food. Our shrimp was so overcooked, it was like eating the eraser off your pencil. Sorry-ass excuse for Jambalaya - HORRID!! Even my daughters Strawberry-less salad with ONE SINGLE STRIP OF CHICKEN was absolutely disgusting. Every single manager and cook here, should do the public some justice and FIRE THEMSELVES!! Spend your HARD-EARNED money elsewhere. YOU deserve that much. Top it all off.. even the managers here DGAF about your eating experience - or severely LACK of..
